Alya El Hosseiny: I've had major issues with their billing and payment system, which I won't get into here, but suffice to say I don't recommend at all signing up with this coworking space. Even besides the payment issues, the facility itself is terrible:1. The restrooms smell disgusting, and do not appear to be cleaned regularly. There's a sign asking customers to clean up after themselves, which, you know, I'm all for self-reliance, but then what are we paying $70 a month for?2. The business lounge is very small, only offer one type of workspace, and it's in the kitchen. My colleague and I wanted to sit together to work, but the cubicle configuration makes that impossible. The location in the kitchen makes it noisy and disruptive.3. Two staff members were using cubicles in the business lounge. It's 4 cubicles total, so half the lounge was taken up by their own staff members. Let's be clear that I don't blame them; it's Regus who should have dedicated workspaces for them, instead of taking away the customers' spaces. I couldn't even sit in a cubicle on the quieter side of the kitchen (away from the coffee machine), as it was busy.4. Instead of investing in a proper cleaning service, they just go around spraying room freshener. Disgusting, unhygienic, and very painful for anyone who's sensitive to chemical smells, not to mention those who have allergies.5. There's no bike parking at the building. Why even open in Maadi if you're that unfriendly to cyclists?6. You're allowed one "free" drink a day (remember, we're paying a significant monthly fee to sit in a tiny pod). This is incredibly stingy honestly. And of course the prices for additional drinks are extortionate. Also, all the posted prices in the kitchen are in USD. I guess they feel like $1 looks better than 32 EGP?Overall, very disappointing and a waste of money. My colleague uses their facilities in London, which was the reason we signed up with the Cairo service as well; she was very disappointed to find it wasn't anything close to what she's come to expect.Btw, if you look through the reviews, you'll find there are 5-star reviews talking about supermarket buying strategies, so clearly they're having people post bogus review to just boost their rating on Maps.

Suliman Ahmed: The place and the people are nice, restaurants and cafes all around you in the Greek Campus, not to mention the inside cafeteria, the only annoying thing is that no signals for the mobile as the place is technically underground.
