Over the last few days I have been in contact with your administration in regards to a refund process that happened on 7/08.I paid for Drainage massage package and for 4 Plus package and it was planned to be done with Moroccan Lady . I did one drainage message session and one deepaka. Then I have been told that the Moroccan lady has left the place and i should do the sessions with other lady. I refused and I asked for refund .They tried to convince me and the owner's sister sat with me to convince me and was asking if there is any problem .I said I wanted sessions to be done by Moroccan lady as agreed because she was experienced. On eighth of July I went to the center to receive the money ,waited for 25 min and the owner's sis said they don't have cash and she can only do the refund via visa machine. So I accepted and I was super nice with her.As you know refund processes may take 14-I waited for 44 days up today and nothing has been received yet. on 19th I called the center and explained things for the admin girl (Mariam)and she said she will get back to me but she did not. On 21 i called her back and she said I should pass by after 3 pm to their new locations to talk to the owner .Although i am super busy but I went as per their request and i took a proof with me (Bank statement for the last two months and up to 19th night) which is stumped by the bank. The owner's sis investigated every single line in that statement and was reading it very carefully as it was her I sollowed that and said she might has no experience in reading bank statements with keeping privacy. She said she will check with the bank and get back to me .As usual they didn't get back to me and I am the one who called them . I asked about Mariam and talked to her and she said she asked the bank and they said the process was done. I said if it was done give me a proof as i gave you a proof or let your manager call me she sad its difficult. I said you are giving me no solution except acceptance then i told her I want a transaction confirmation receipt which is the minimum .She said will get back to her manager who is refusing to talk directly to me.What has been done is very very very unprofessional and respectful for me personally and me timeI hope the one who will read this email might have a good management skills to deal properly with this situationThank you and Best regards,
