Cara Southerland: Do not be fooled by his reviews. By far the worst Dr. I have ever been to. Every time my husband and I had a question we got very rude replies. Has no clue about how to properly inform his patients of the IVF process. All he sees is dollar signs. After getting a second opinion do I know that I actually have a cyst in my ovaries. Didn't even do the first step which is an ultrasound. If I could give him 0 stars I would. Do not let this Dr. ruin you're IVF experience.

Aya El Banna: A lot of waiting time and overbooking patients.I went 3 times and booked in 3 locations, Madinaty, 5th settlement and Nasr city. I always had to wait 2-3 h to finish a laser session of 10-15 min.They are very understaffed in terms of drs and the customer service overbook patients (4-5) all fitting in an "hour".The only location which i had an excellent service and little waiting time is Madinaty and it was closed.I really hope they respect their patient's time.

Dealing with madness. They take care of the patient. I mean, I just got out of the operating room while I was under anesthesia. I was waiting for another hospital. They could not bear me since I was in pain after the operation and I was not conscious. From my heart, I saw morning and evening. They treated me as if I were their sister. Thank you very much. The nursing officer is a wonderful person … Honestly, I thank the entire hospital staff, and most importantly, I thank Dr. Muhammad because he is the pinnacle of humanity and creativity

خالد رخي: A very, very bad hospital....emergency officials are extremely poor in taste..especially the one in charge of emergencies is ridiculous and deals with violence and very lack of taste...and the nurses don't know how to put the cannula and they sprayed my sister's hand. The blood was escaping into it and it was blue. It is big and they were supposed to fix the situation. They abused her like this and were neglected.... Above all, swindlers and butchers, thugs, money. They want to enter her into care in any way and take 30 thousand per night.... Without understanding and even the case, they want to treat her wrongly and give her insulin, and she is not a diabetic at all. Nor does she have diabetes.. but they want to give her insulin for good health and turn her into a diabetic patient... I mean, they don't even understand the need for the money they take. All of this is not even efficient, no nurses, no receptionists, no doctors.... Praise be to God, our Lord saved us from them and transferred her to Dar Hospital. Al-Fouad on the same day...a very bad experience, beware of this hospital

Mohamed Elshahat: A hospital that is most described as a hospital for amateurs and is not dedicated to providing health care. It is only a propaganda and an appearance that is suitable for a hotel and not for a hospital. The accommodation room is narrow, there is only a sofa bed for the facilities and it is not sufficient for more than 2 visitors. Periodic cleaning of the room must be requested and Your request was repeated and not by the cleaning service. Nursing among them is good and most are bad. We contracted an anesthesiologist and they brought us an assistant doctor for him despite being charged for the fees of an anesthesia consultant. The operating rooms are very cramped, and it is a complaint from the doctor who performed the operation because he is from outside. The hospital, the least equipment after the operation, there is no suitable type for every medical intervention or treatment for the wound, delay in going up and down by elevator, the waiting period reaches 20 minutes or more, which necessitated us to use the stairs up and down to the sixth and eighth floors,,, etc.Like all bad experiences, I do not advise anyone looking for a good medical service to enter this hospital.Save your life from it
