dina ghali: Don't ever believe them when they say that if anything happened to the mattress that they will replace it!! They are liars and they will only demand more money to repair something that is in the guarantee period!!!
Murad Hassaan: Very bad attitude from Downtown fifth settlement staff ,First day they didn’t do any greetings!! Then when I asked some questions they replied in a bad way they told me wrong prices when I contacted FB page they gave me another prices!! Do I visited the store in the next day.The second visit: the staff gave me a price and when I get back to him he said another higher price then when I objected he said ( كويس اننا لسه علي البر) which is not professional/ accepted at all !!!
Shehab El Nawawi: I bought an electric bed for my aging mother last week and it broke while being used for the first time yesterday. I have been trying to call the company to come fix it but they are closed until Sunday , and no support is available until then.......We managed to get to the company Sales Manager and he graciously agreed to send a tech to fix the problem. Two hours later someone came and repaired the bed. Apparently it lost its programming and needed to be re-programmed.Thanks for the great support. Really appreciated

Tamer El Bakry: One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a retailer. Rude sales person who walks around telling customers that he is the sales manager (called Ayman). I spent 1:10 hisho waiting for him to even tell us how long we should wait while he was busy snatching a big commission order from his colleagues. I left 23:05 five minutes after the store closing time and when I asked how long more we should wait he just said "for long"!!!
