فهد Aljaser: Friendly and likable accommodation worth +5The location is in the heart of Zamalek, but the building is full of shops, nuisance and some workshops, and there is no elevator!!But the beauty of the apartments and decorations, especially the wonderful treatment of Professor Adel and the guard 24/24 makes you in paradise, thank you for the beauty of your morals 🌷

Dr Diaa Gamal: A hotel in a lively place and close to everything. I highly recommend it. I thank the receptionist, Ms. Amani, in particular. She was a peak in sophistication, elegant dealings, and the speed of response for the convenience of the guests. As well as all the reception staff and all the staff are all excellent. Cl ick (Click): At first It was a bit difficult to find the hotel, but then i tried the road from the other side, and there it was. The room was ok as i was only for one night. I entered the shower , and the water took a while to become hot. Then i tried to combine it with the cold one, but it wasn't working. Soon, i realised that the toilet water was constantly running, and that was causing the issue. i opened the lid of the toilet flash and fixed (temporarily) the water stopper, so the cold water arrived at the shower. (By the way, the flash button was not working either, so i had to open the lid and pull the mechanism up by hand). Also, the window wouldn't close properly, and some flies and mosquitoes had managed to get in.Yet i slept very comfortably for about 11 hours, and it seemed like 11 minutes, as i had come from a long (previous) night journey by bus. The staff were kind, especially Ahmed (the student of Siberia) who tried to offer me a hot drink, but i had to pass it as i really needed to go to sleep, but thanks brother Ahmed.P.S. I did not inform the reception about the issues as i believe they already know about it, that's why the price is not so high. So, if you are happy with the price, then accept the package and DIY. :)

I had few issues with shower water drainage, I guess it need to be updated. The soap given daily is so economic and small! It doesn't take much if you be a bit more generous in this regard!. Otherwise, the housekeeper ladies, including Mona, were doing a real goid job.Wifi: horrible network. Absolutely need to be improved. I gave up on the Hotel wifi, and used my data to save my time and temper.Breakfast: average to below. There was only one sort of coffee, a cheap Nescafe that barely tastes as Nescafe.The Basteries!! including croissants were terribly the most downside of the breakfast, they were always old, hard to chew, obviously were kept from the day before or even older!. I was very disappointed. Live station for preparing omlets was the only positive thing in the breakfast that seriously needs to be taken care of.All in all, good experience, putting all points together including particularly the price, location and the accepted accommodation. It's 's a place that practically does the job for medium budget trip.

Breakfast could be better but you can find something to eat because there is variety. One negative thing is the street noise. Despite staying on the 12th floor, I could hear car horns and because I need absolute silence to sleep, I used earplugs.

Significant taxes and fees are added even though it is stated that all taxes and fees are added. Beware so you aren't surprised by your bill! If you don't pay attention, your bill will not be what you expect!Beds are very bad. My room has two beds. One is hard as a rock while the other is insanely soft with no support at all.Rooms are reasonably clean. They could be better maintained. Overall, very disappointed. I wish I stayed at my bed and breakfast at the pyramids. They actually wanted their customers to be happy. The people here don't care at all.The message light is lit on the phone. I called reception asking if I have a message. The man doesn't understand. I attempted to explain the light on the phone but was unable to have him understand. So, who knows if there is a message.Rooms: Rooms are fine. Could be better maintained. The beds are bad and very uncomfortable.Safety: Not a safe area. Don't go out at night.
