The discrimination, and the way of handling my request has been just really disgusting. Although we go there pretty often; now outta sudden whenever I message them to make a booking; I get the same answer? That you're at your full capacity? Meanwhile; once my girlfriend makes the reservation for us all works out? Totally unacceptable & disrespectful! The picture I'm attaching was just a MIN after I got my request disapproved.You need to get a better handler who'd be able to make better judgments. Instead of making your place look extremely bad & pushing people who used to love the place; to completely hate it!

Jinjing Zhang: 我们是外国人。FB预定了，被告知8点半得到，最晚9点必须要到，不然会取消预订，而不预定是不可能进去的。于是我们心急火燎吃了饭，特别着急，都快消化不良了。结果到了发现，根本没啥人。乐队在彩排，正式演出要10点半开始。我们傻眼。干等到十点半。去之前期待还是比较高的，事实证明开罗确实没啥好的新的音乐。且，说是25岁以下不能入内，但其实也让没有预定的、20岁的两个中国姑娘进来了。无语。不知道吸着尾气来干啥来了。

Irina P.: It's a great fun place for those who like live music. The management was nice and very gentil with us. We came with no reservation around 10 pm and got a good table. We took Stella beers and pizza that looked and tasted very Italian. The entrance fee was 200 egp per person but it's reasonable since there was a night of 3 live bands. It was really great , we had fun. It got crowded around 11 pm and sigarettes smell became really unpleasant but it's the only negative point of this club. We loved the environment, music and service.

The staff are friendly. However it is expensive with the below quality average as a night club. The entrance is for 200 L.E ( not a minimum charge ) while Some people mentioned here some people don’t pay entrance fees. I ordered smoked cuban cocktail 500 L.E. it should be heavy it was very light and not good at all. It was closed circuit day, performance was so average and boring. The place is much crowded you can barely move or go to the bathroom ( just one cabinet ).
Katucha Bento: Fantastic jazz joint. If in Cairo, a place to go for sure. It's fantastic music and amazing people dancing, being friendly and super respectful. Drinks are rather expensive and the smoking inside can be suffocating.

Christopher Schulz: This bar/restaurant is the highlight of Hilton Ramses. With views to die for you can see the pyramids of Giza in the distance as you see the sun set. The drinks and food mehr suited the atmosphere and I would highly recommend trying the lamb chops, shrimp and the sea bass. The added bonus is to this experience was the magnificent staff and the service quality that they displayed. Very impressed with their mise en place, especially with their wine presentation, a big thanks to the staff especially Farouk.

Mahmoud Fathy: The most beautiful place you can see Cairo and the Nile from. It has two views of the Nile, Downtown, the Nile and Zamalek. The food is excellent and the cocktails are unique. There is a person named Hussein who makes awesome cocktails and he is international. The rest of the waiters are distinguished and cooperative. You did not feel like a stranger to them.I ate steak, fried shrimp, two Mojito, two Piña colada, and appetizers. The method of presentation is very simple, and I paid $150.Sweet music, English Arabic mix. The best days are from Thursday and Friday from 10 to 1 am. The experience is like a pleasant meal. The view, the food, the drinks, the music and the lighting are perfect.
M: Great drinks, great food, but be prepared to pay top dollar for a cigarette smoke filled lounge without ventilation. We all know Egypt has a terrible smoking habit but it baffles me why tourists come and think it's totally fine to also puff away indoors especially with no ventilation.It's unfortunate that smoke is the reason I'm lowering my rating because the food and drinks were truly delicious. Highly recommend the infusion drinks - enough of those may even make you start forgetting you're getting lung cancer.

Цены на еду, на мой взгляд, такие же, как в хороших кафе в центре Каира. Условно говоря, за 350 египетских фунтов одному здесь можно хорошо поужинать. Коктейли дорогие, как и любой алкоголь в мусульманской стране - цены начинаются от 170 фунтов и уходят в небо вместе с баром. Тут невероятная панорама на ночной Каир, обязательно порадуйте себя таким зрелищем хотя бы за бокалом вина. Из конкретики - бар находится на верхнем этаже Хилтона, лучше использовать элементарный дресс-код (говорят, мужчин в шортах/майках не пускают). Обслуживание на высоте, еда и коктейли 10/10, бар чистый и радует глаз

Unreasonable charges, overpriced drinks and service, impolite staff - apart from the outrageous bill and the bunch of extras charged on top, we paid 165€ for ten shots!! Adel: 1. I called the place for a reservation for me and my date, wanted to make sure everything would be smooth. Was setting outside for two hours until the waiters asked us to step inside because there's a table of 15 people and there's not enough chairs! It wasn't a good situation and we decided to leave the place.2. This was a dry night starting 6PM, around 5:45PM we tried to order more cocktails and beers but the waiter informed us that they stopped serving alcohol, literally 5mins later I saw him bringing 4 beers to the table in front of us as they seem to know each others.3. I liked the food and that's why giving two stars.I will never be there again and won't advise anyone to go until they start to respect their customers. Unfortunately Egypt's service became super poor even in fancy/expensive places like this one. I am not satisfied until they make up for it.

Max: As some of the other recent reviews have stated, the prices are outrageous here. Staff is nice enough and they give you salty snacks with your drinks but it's not worth the total cost.
Alexander Burak Franklin: DO NOT GO HERE. My friend and I came in and asked for the drinks menu, the bartender said he didn't have one (huge lie because they later brought out the menu when we disputed the massively overpriced bill, to be explained later). We asked for 2 martinis and asked the price, he said 145 pounds each and we said that back to him and he confirmed and said 145 again.We finished our drinks and the bill comes out to 1,445 pounds. $58 for 2 mediocre cocktails... They charged us even more for 2 "shots" of vodka and 2 of martini, which these drinks did not have 2 shots each. We dispute this and after 20 minutes of waiting and them giving us the run around, finally we speak to the 3rd manager (the other 2 were useless and kept getting their managers). They finally magically produce the menu that didn't exist before and the drinks were 600 pounds each (still absurb compared to every other nice place we had been to. We could have gotten 2 bottles of imported wine for this price).In the end we were sick of being played around with and just wanted to leave and ended up paying the 1,200 pounds (still $48).I advise everyone reading this, DO NOT GO. If I could I would give negative stars. You will be lied to, over charged and they will treat you like an idiot without respect.
Suzanne Abaza: Don’t go here. Came in and asked for a cocktail menu and was told they didn’t have one. Asked for two martinis and asked the price and the bartender said 145LE which we thought was actually really cheap. Bill comes in at 1445LE ($58 USD!) for two cocktails. I complained and the bartender brought the manager who magically had menus to show. The price was of course lower on the menu. Front of desk Sherif was very nice and trying to make it right… bar manager Khalid was terribly rude. Ended up paying less but still far overpaying. Based on other reviews, this is common practice here. I am Egyptian-American and I suggest going to any of the nicer Zamalek spots for a (far cheaper) cocktail with less headache.

Cairo Connoisseur: Had a lovely lunch en famille. The guacamole, Nikei ceviche and shrimp tortillas were marvelous. The salmon main was also lovely, the steak was ok lacked some black pepper and the salad that came with lacked dressing. The tres leches cake we shared was too sweet for my taste but all in all a delectable zesty meal and friendly service by Mandela, the manager and the chef who also stopped by to ask if all was well. Will return soon! I should note though that it is a tad pricey- the food is very much worth it but the seating area is average.
Salma Gamal: Went for iftar at tabla Luna based on many recommendations, the atmosphere and music in the place really set a Latin vibe to it. We ordered one hour ahead of fatoor and everything came very hot and fresh.The sweet corn soup was the best part of the day I strongly suggest they add it as a stable in their menu.Beef enchiladas were good but they mixed the chicken one we ordered with another beef which wasn’t as good in quality as the other dish. They offered to make another one but we declined as we already finished.The nachos were also really flavorful and a good portion so it’s sharable for 2-3 people.Tres leche cake was phenomenal. A bit too sweet but still tasted heavenly and I think I’d go back again for it.It’s a bit overpriced but would be a good experience for a different lunch or dinner.
Rania El Khayat: We went after Iftar time by around 15 minutes yet we were quickly served. We ordered chicken enchiladas which were perfect and Lomo saltado which was a tad salty. The place has welcoming positive vibes and we enjoyed our meal. Will definitely try again.
killcitystatic: Disappointing. “Ceviche“ had clearly pre-cooked (parboiled or poached) seafood and was not an actual ceviche. Taco main course was a very small portion, and tortillas were dry. The bill came to about 400 LE and I was barely half full.

The music and DJ are top-notch and create an excellent ambiance for everyone to enjoy.The highlight of the evening was the belly dancer Dianna. Her performance was mesmerizing and captivating, to say the least. She made the place come alive and added that extra touch of elegance to the night.It's a great place to go for adults, and I would strongly recommend going there again.
