Kimberly Roberts: Gave 2 business day turnaround for simple business cards, with design I provided so she didn't have to design anything. I was hopeful because it is a woman owned business that I like to often support. 4 days later still no delivery of product. Was repeatedly told it wasn't her fault because on the 3rd day when she attempted her first delivery, I learned from her that she tried "new" shipping company on me, her brand new client! They failed to deliver product as promised and whole time I had to chase the owner for answers vs her telling me status of order. Never did she take responsibility for giving wrong answers on production, choosing the delivery company or in choosing to use an unvetted delivery company on a new client (me). She did offer to have them reprinted and resent but that wouldn't be for yet, another day, another risk of broken promises and poor communication. No thanks! If you need a professional printer, keep searching.

Mo Killuminati: First experience and very bad experience1- First, write me prices, and when I came to implement them, after I informed the customer, they told me, “No, this is not the price.”2- After I made an order, I received the cards, missing 60 cards in their condition.!!!!! Yes stone ball!!!!3- In order to complete the missing number, they took two days4- In order to receive them instead of being supposed to apologize. Sorry, I prefer the cards.... I don't wait to take pictures of the two papers that I have to finish the first customer... Well, I won't ask for anything. in any of these four items. Unfortunately, an experience with them will not be repeated, and they lose a customer, and after that we see another printing press.
