Sherif B.: Very very mixed feelings. Some things were a hit, others were not edible. Then pancakes were good, the crepes were hard, we ordered 3 kinds and all three were hard. Way too many items on the menu were not available, it was just weired. They didn't even have any maple syrup or honey for the pancakes. The staff was argueing between themselves which was odd. One of the waitresses head scarf went in the food while another ones bracket went into the coffee. When putting the food away for food to go, I could see the waitress moving the pancake with a fork and balancing with her finger (no gloves). The place had so much potential. The manager was very polite and took all the comments, he was new. I didn't ask to have the uneaten crepes off the bill, was surprised when they kept it which was really disappointing. The service was slow, and the order came out with gaps of 20 minutes between different people's orders, some were done when the food was coming out for others. I found this place by just doing a search on Google maps and it came highly rated, I can see the potential, I even asked if something was just off today.
Nada Bannany: Nice place for hanging out with friends or for getting some work done. A wide selection of breakfast foods, pancakes are delicious. Drinks are also tasty. Setting is cozy.

The location is beautiful, you will enjoy a great view to the Nile.Service was correct, in my opinion they push you to eat too fast.They had people waiting and I guess wanted to use our table...we did not finish the main dish and they already brought us the menu for the dessert. Once we paid, we were enjoying the last drink and they start putting tables close to our table, preparing them for new guests, so we had to leave (we enter at 20.45 and left at 22.15). This last part of the dinner destroyed the nice experience we were having...

Marwan Hefny: I recently visited Crimson with my friends and had an enjoyable breakfast experience. The reservation process was well-organized, and we were able to secure a spot easily. We also appreciated that the restaurant had reserved parking spaces for customers, which was convenient.The breakfast we ordered was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the salmon bagel and orange juice. My friends ordered other plates, and everyone was satisfied with their meals. The view from the restaurant was stunning, overlooking the Nile, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance was also great, with a nice setup and pleasant music.Another thing to note is that during the morning, there seemed to be a smaller number of customers ordering alcoholic drinks, which might be preferable for people who don't like that.Overall, I had a great time at the restaurant, and I would highly recommend it for breakfast. The restaurant seems to prioritize their customers' comfort and satisfaction, from the reservation process to the food and ambiance. I look forward to returning for another visit.
Dolores Rodriguez: Food poisoning. I went with 6 people to dine to the restaurant.I order a frozen margarita, but there was no frozen margarita. The waiter brought a cup half empty, and I asked him to fill it more. The waiter came back with a margarita cup full, but tasted horribly. I drank it because I did not want to waste the money, and did not want to return it two times, but I came home with nausea, and have been vomiting since early morning, with severe diarrea even after 20 hours after eating there. I do not want to think what dirty water did they add to my drink.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options.

W: I was looking forward to eating here but was very disappointed. Firstly, a few items in the menu were not available (they did not have the dish of the day - chicken walnut, and the only juice available was hibiscus) and most of all, the meat and chicken were absolutely not fresh. We had the beef tagen with onions, the beef was tough as rubber, while the chicken in the muloukihya was very suspicious - tasted like the chicken had been boiled separately beforehand then frozen, and just dumped into the muloukhiya and reheated before serving. We had good food during our trip and this was probably the only disappointment, so sadly cannot give a good rating. The only saviour was the service which was good (but then again we were the only people in the restaurant for lunch as it was Ramadan)

Hafsa Zaghmout: Very small place but nice, the food is really home made and had a very authentic taste. I had kofta with potatoes in the oven, with rice, grilled vegetables and Egyptian pickle. The taste was amazing. The only drawback was when I requested the rest of my meal be wrapped for rake away, I was surprised when I got home to find the put the picks over the rice and vegetables!!!

Alaa Dhan: 5stars restaurant, we made a reservation late , and arrived almost in the closing time, and sinsed some inconvinience from the staff , but they immidiately made sure to welcome us with great hospitalaty, ( the manager And assistant were professionals) and the waitor was extrodinary with his skills as he was the best in directing us to what to order.. plus the food was perfect, the view and atmosphere was great too , we had a great experience
