First، respecting the people who visit your restaurant، second، being clean، the third being a park for the people who come to that place، fourth، being a place to park a car، the end point of a reasonable price for food. These are some important points for me. Better and more beautiful
Adventures and Eats: I’m leaving 4 stars because the grilled unagi was delicious and service was as expected.However, we also ordered the sushi and chicken bento box and the chicken was a tad over cooked. I would recommend improving grilling and presentation skills.
Chris C: Sushi was very dry. The rice and the fish were dry some how. Tasted like it was left out for hours. We might have just been there on a bad day. Wouldn’t recommend based on the food we were served.

chez San: The best Japanese restaurant in cairo because they have japanese chef who has long career with know-how of raw fish. I think hilton hotel would delegate hugh rights to him to make the restaurant more japanized style by whatever chef want such as varieties of food makeups which no other japanese restaurant have in cairo for sure!!In addition, I felt like I was in japan with multiple evidences such as soba, donkatsu, etc, which made the restaurant more uniqueness here in the cairo.eventhough all was perfect, too salty soba irritated me a little.Anyway, I will visit again soon.------------------------------------Today, I visit again again.Main Chef koma always take care of customer.We had deep conversation about Values or goals of his life.He told me that 1st value is to make customers are satisfied with foods and services and happy when visit.2nd is to train junior to become good chef.and last is to take care of himself for his family.I was deeply moved by his mind.Thst is why Japanese chef is irreplaceable because of his great mind.I had another beautiful dinner in cairo life.------------------------------------Last day, I visited again and again.Still perfect in food and service and mood

Aysulu L: Очень аутентичное место с настоящей японской кухней. Большие порции, что конечно, порадовало. Одно из немногих мест в Каире, где не страшно есть сырую рыбу. Всё очень аппетитно. Вкусный зеленый чай. Большой минус- можно курить в ресторане. Рядом сидела пара которая парила электронными сигаретами и обычным табаком. Очень неприятно. Так же вечером собираются большие американо- говорящие компании которые ОЧЕНЬ громко разговаривают, приходится перекрикивать их гомон.

Ashraf Rezk: Simply one of the best sushi places, the salmon is quite fresh, the mix is not soaked in sugar. It a nice healthy cozy restaurant. Convenient for smart casual or formal outings, maybe also romantic outings, but don't expect much privacy as the area is around 6*5 meters2.Note: As in most sushi places, the all You can eat, doesn't include sashimi or any special plates.

Stefan Bishay: Fantastic drinks and service from bartender Fouda, he is very creative with cocktail recipes and will happily invent anything for you! Thanks also to hostess Asmaa, attentive and kind service. Food is excellent, I love the sashimi and tempura prawns. Having lived in Hawaii and Seattle I can say that their seafood is every bit as good as the coastal cities.

NYALA WALKER: Hip Japanese restaurant inside of the Hyatt in Dokki! Had a hankering for Teppanyaki or Hibachi Grilled food! The Geisha face and Kimono wall paintings were my favorite part! When we went around five on a Friday afternoon it was virtually empty. We had 2 others join our party of 3 at the hibachi table. Our chef was mildly enthusiastic, and played a few games with the fire, smoke and utensils. Though lacking the excitement of a traditional Hibachi restaurant in the US or Japan the food was good, and it fulfilled our need for nostalgia and Hibachi flamed Surf and Turf.
