These are some important points for me. Better and more beautiful
Adventures and Eats: I’m leaving 4 stars because the grilled unagi was delicious and service was as expected.However, we also ordered the sushi and chicken bento box and the chicken was a tad over cooked. I would recommend improving grilling and presentation skills.
Chris C: Sushi was very dry. The rice and the fish were dry some how. Tasted like it was left out for hours. We might have just been there on a bad day. Wouldn’t recommend based on the food we were served.

chez San: The best Japanese restaurant in cairo because they have japanese chef who has long career with know-how of raw fish. Вкусный зеленый чай. Большой минус- можно курить в ресторане. Рядом сидела пара которая парила электронными сигаретами и обычным табаком. Очень неприятно. Так же вечером собираются большие американо- говорящие компании которые ОЧЕНЬ громко разговаривают, приходится перекрикивать их гомон.

Fayza Elsonbaty: Great experience years later. I always went for sushi there but this time we went for the teppanyaki and everything was exceptionally delicious, chef Hussein went above and beyond to show us a good time. Top shelf beef and lobster, and we got some maki rolls too that were soft as butter. Only issue was the lights, they used to be softer, now its a bit harsh maybe they could fix that but otherwise it was another great night at Torii. Definitely going back there soon. ♥️

Seema Sheth: This is one of the worst sushi places I've tried. The service was poor, no hostess to seat us, no one took our order until we asked, they just totally ignored us. No server other than the sushi chef. The sushi rice was poorly cooked and had no flavor. The salmon was not fresh. The miso soup came without tofu, and when I inquired we were told they were out of tofu. But they never told us when we ordered it. I returned the soup and told him he should have mentioned it to us, then the couple next to us ordered the soup and he didn't tell them either. To top it off, after making our meal the chef left the restaurant to go elsewhere, came back and didn't change his gloves or wash his hands and made the next person's order. Yuck! This was really not a good representation of the hotel. Very disappointed.
