hamood ramadan: السلام عليكم :انا من كام يوم كدا قررت اركب نت ارضي عشان اعمل عليه نت ف رحت شركة we قدمت عالنت الارضي و الدنيا تمم .. قالولي روح و هنكلمك لما نلاقي رقم الصراحة مطولتش لقيتهم بيكلموني تعال استكمل بياناتك .رحتلهم لقيتهم جايبنلي رقم واحد بس و متاخد من شخص اهر و منزل عليه انتر نت ف مينفعش اخدو و لازم يكلمو السنترال يقدمو شكوا و طلب ارقام ...المفروض كان ياخد ٤٨ خلصو ال 48 ساعة و بعدين لقيتهم بيقولولي يفندم احنا شغالينلك من 11 الصبح كدا في 200 جنيه اتعاب عمال و بتاع عارف مش المفروض اديهم حاجة بس عشان اخلص دفعت 200 جنيه و تعاقد ب 250 و نت باقة جيجا250 ب 250 يعني 700 جنيه طيب و هات سلك نحاس كويس 20 متر كلفني 100 جنيه و عميل تبع الشركة هو الي باعهولي .. و كهربائي يركب السلك على حسابي يعني كدا كلو 900 جنيه .. طيب هيقعد اد ايه النت عشان يشتغل الرد كان يومين عمل 3 ايام عمل و النت مجاش بعدين بقلهم صحيح هو الراوتر ايه نظامو القسط بتاعو كام اصل انا نسيت اخدو منكم .. قالي لا يفندم موضوع تقسيط الجهاز دا اتلغى و لازم تشتريه طب بكام قالي ب الف جنيه و شوية .. طبعا انا الوقتي صعب اني اشتري راوتر بالمبلغ دا و انا لسا طالب بيقلك فيزا مشتريات برضو ازاي و انتا مش شغال .. المهم كل دا النت لسا مشتغلشتجيلي مكالمة يوم الخميس من السنترال تقلي يفندم ملكش مكان فشرمة wee عندك حل من 2 الاول انك تستنى 4 شهور عقبال منوفرلك مكان و التاني انو تشترك فشركة اتصالات او اورانج او نورالمهم جالي عرض حلو من اتصالات عجبني رحت عشان اقدم قلي انتا محجوز مع وي رحت قدمت طلب الغاء و استرداد نقديات من we المدير هو الي عملو و قالي تم يفندم خلال 24 ساعة تعال استلم فلوسك بعد 24 ساعة لقيت رسالة تم تفعيل النت عند حضرتك و ال يوزر و الباسورد كذا كذا ..انا اتصدمت قلت ازاي و انا مقدم طلب الغاء امبارح يجيني النت النهاردةرحت الفرع قالي النت عند اتفعل قدامك حل من 2 يا تلغي و تروح عليك فلوسك يا تكمل الشهر و تلغي بعدين ..اكمل الشهر ازاي و انا معيش راوتر و انا عندي دراسة و شغل عالنت و النت بقا حاجة اساسية طيب يجماهة اعملولي اكسبشن و قسطولي الراوتر او حد يتصرف فراوتر شهر و يبقى خدوه تاني لا مفيش اكتب شكوا و بعدين نشوف الكلام الي انتا بتقول عليه ...خلاصة الموضوع انو شركات الانترنت فمصر بقت استغلالية لاقصى درجة و بدون اي موضوعية فالتعامل يعني لو اخدت الراوتر منهم يبقى انا دافع 2000 جنيه عشان ادخل نت عنديحسبي الله و نعم الوكيل

John Balian: Unprofessional and very rude team. No customer service guidelines at all.For instance they forced a customer to put a mask on and made a big deal out of it including the manager while i was there saying that this is management's decision otherwise they cannot serve him. By coincidence I came in the same night to my surprise the afternoon team and same manager were there without any masks on their face.Overall. They have no clue about customer service whatsoever and the management normally reflects the team's actions and culture.The last thing is that I've been waiting for 3 months for land line installation and I've visited them 9 times and still not installed. Shame.

Firey: Creating an account was a bit complicated but it was okay, so first of all you pay 50 poundsfor the account + you get like 3 hours of playtime it depends on which pc you choose you will basically have 50 pounds in your account the pc i chose was 18 pounds an hour and it was able to run Fortnite pretty well getting around 400 fps in creative and 200 in battle royale on all low settings performance mode, the chairs weren't really that bad and the staff are pretty good by the way you will also have to login on your account on any game you play I logged in ony Fortnite account and Im pretty sure it's safe, overall this place is really good and I'm definitely going there in my free time and the internet/ping was really good

People behaviour there is out of any elegance. Head of sales there can just be anything but a sales man. Not professional and bad behaviour and temper , that's when I dealt with him for a new project . I don't recommend any one working with them. At a point their performance was good but now it is not any more. I guess this is for its head is not professional as well.
