Valentino Verzegnassi: Arrived at airport desk and nobody was there I call and as usual they say 5 minutes that is never 5 minutes. Even if my reservation was a full credit voucher with VIP card they don't care at all. This is a second time and the second bad experience.
Mohammed Al salamah: Unfortunately, the oddly procrastinating amount of 1,700 Saudis withdrew it on the basis of insurance, and I got rid of the vehicle rent, and now I am waiting for more than two and a half months until they return the amount to the account, but without interest.

Wendy El-Lissy: Our rental experience was great! The check in was simple and quick. The car was nice and clean, plenty of room for our party of 3 and our luggage. The return process was simplified and easy with the use of WhatsApp to communicate with the staff. We might have missed our flight if not for the quick communication. The staff on site were professional, courteous, and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

charley kurlinkus: Worst hertz I’ve ever been to out of 12 countries. It took over 1 hour to RETURN the car. They then accused me of changing one of the tires. Had to go through security and get patted down twice just to sign a piece of paper that the attendant forgot at the office. Seems others have had similar bad experiences. Hertz as a company is fine, this location is TERRIBLE. I’m sure I’ll be charged the $450 deposit as many others have said as well.

I paid $70 for non-refundable Hertz all-inclusive insurance, and when I return the car, their staff find all kinds of outrageous reasons to deduct more money, Hertz's staff at Cairo Airport Terminal 3, trying their best to trap customers' money, they privately threaten me to get tips, and if I do give, they will let the company deduct the $450 deposit, which was terrible! Suddenly I found that there was no way to argue with them! It's disgusting!

Claude Maurer: I have hired a lot of cars in my life, but Hertz Cairo Airport is by far the worst experience I have ever made.Their business model is to tease you with good prices and then to find any reason to charge the additional maximum fee of 450 USD when you return the car.I rented a car for 10 days, the first one broke down after 6 days. When I called them for assistance, they immediately knew where the problem was, so I assume the car had a problem before. The second car had old tyres, and I had a flat without any serious impact the next morning.They finally charged the 450 USD for the tyre, but even without the flat, they were preparing to charge me extra for whatever reason. Both cars were full of scratches before, but regardless they prepared to make me pay for reparation of scratches that haven't even been caused by myself. They also tried to make me responsible for a crack in the windshield which definitely had been there before.If you still want to rent a car with them, prepare your mobile and film everything at the initial handover inspection, including windows, roof and bottom. This review is not exaggerated, but first hand experience. You have been warned!
Nefert Nabil: The car was not well maintained and full of big scratches. During the inspection they don't include all of them. I drive cautiously and was surprised to be charged the full guarantee amount (450$) at the end. They didn't try to make any commercial gesture. Bad.

Eva Zaki: Very bad experience! Cars are full of scratches, you would spend hours to record all of them to identify which are from you or from others... Hertz is happy to charge all it can ! The battery broke down after a few days (they said "because of the cold"), it's a mild winter, and even so, it doesn't make sense. We get a second car and we have a flat tire the next morning, the tires are so used and old....On our return, we are charged the max. charge of 450$ for the tire ! Such tires cost 1400 EGP in Egypt (about 70 €) . To avoid absolutely!!

Il faut donc payer un uber pour y accéder.Après plusieurs heures à tourner avec un enfant dans l’aéroport pour trouver ce bureau, le loueur refuse de me fournir le véhicule réservé et payer surtout auprès de booking sous prétexte que je n’ai pas de permis international avec moi mais un permis français alors que les autres loueur de voiture ne le réclament pas du tout.
Melissa Mahmoud: Terrible experience and I haven't even picked up the car yet. I reserved an SUV and they emailed me and said they didn't have the SUV and they would honor my reservation with a COMPACT car at the same price. Then, I go to their Facebook page and they just posted that they had added a new SUV to their fleet. It comes down to I was getting a good deal and they want more money. I went to the Hertz website and they are showing the SUV I reserved is still available, but they increased the price significantly. If my family and luggage would fit in a COMPACT car, I would not have reserved an SUV. I've always had a great experience with Hertz in other locations, but I do not recommend this location.
