Karina Loren: Excellent like every single time. For cuts, I'll say he really is the best here in Cairo. He knows what he is doing and understands what you need. And what he doesn't do himself like, i.e. coloring: he instructs his staff precisely, and they follow. What more can you wish for? Maybe I should mention that prices are moderate, considering what and how you are all served with.
N: They damaged my hair not professional in dying .. paul is busy with hairstyling keeping his un trined stuff for the coloring. My hair completely damaged.
Janet Suárez (جانيت سواريز): Anni cut my hair, she has magic hands. She is a girl who takes care of every detail with great delicacy. I will definitely come back to her. And otherwise in general, the whole team is very friendly and the salon gives an excellent service!

Salma Seoudi: Worst experience ever , on 19-May we went at 12:30 pm & asked about service fees for 1- nails sevice 2- Hair brushing & to add hair piece they informed us at 1st 750 EGP then after explaining exact hair style they told us it 'll be 350 EGP only , then after finallizing nails service which was't the best & before starting for hair brushing they changed their words & told us it 'll be 750 EGP (the girl who gave us the prices was't professional at all) we asked for branch manager who told me i 'll fix the issue , Then Alfred the owner who was supposed to be professional came & told me that the prices given to me is not correct & it is either 500 or 750 & they have special prices for brides which starts from 1500 EGP if just doing basic brushing !!!My friend got banic & start crying & did't make her hair there , alfred told hair not even to scream with her right as we are at A&M salon !!! Which is really funny ( the most unprofessional place ever ) they did't have minimum customer service to handle the situation & i was with my friend & i did't need any service they asked me 5 times if i need to make my hair !!They changed their 1st commitment regarding prices & also her nails got famaged & we actually wasted 3 hrs in such an important day !They damaged my friend's engaggment day as her photosession should start at 5 pm because of what happed it started 7 pm !! All the plans changed beside the bad vibes they added to our dayI hope that nobody 'd go with same very very bad experience
