Amal Hafez: Products are great but unfortunately ordering through the website doesnt work. I tried to order twice and the website doesnt work and customer service was not helpful at all which was very disappointing. I would think that a place like that would have better customer service but there was no follow up with my order. Its a shame because I really liked their products but too much trouble to order. I will not be ordering from them again as I didnt appreciate the attitude of the customer service.

And the other time, when the customer service associate Ms. Emy voluntarily decided to send the driver back to pick up the incorrect items and surprisingly he reacted aggressively thinking that we had asked for the return, later he denied that we did not receive the refund! By the way, till now we have not received that refund!Obviously, true harassment allegations has to be officially reported to the prosecution authority if not just false claims to cheaply defend against negative reviews on public media.In summary, it is illegal and non ethical to retaliate and discriminate against specific customers on their public negative reviews, especially if the ordered items are not available elsewhere. D. C.: Lovely atmosphere on the second floor of an old Egyptian apartment filled with ethical and fair treasures. All items on sale are handmade and by Egyptian artisans & crafters. We bought many things from here but the most special was the rug we purchased for our apartment. It was a little too large and the owner told us not to worry and come back in an hour. He miraculously weaved it to the right size himself. Definitely a wonderful experience. Can’t recommend enough.

You could take your time to browse and select the gifts and souvenirs without the stress to negotiate prices like you would do almost everywhere in the country. The selection is diverse and you can't beat their prices for what you get. 10/10PS say hi to the cat at the door. it didn't move an inch when we entered the shop.
