Yara Fathalla: I signed up for a 3 day cooking for beginners course and paid the deposit, and booked a non refundable hotel for the duration of tge course. They were advertising for the course up until today. They call me to cancel because “the chefs are not available”. Which is a complete lie given that the course was heald by 2 different chefs. There is no way both chefs had unfortunate circumstances at the same time. A cooking school should have replacement chefs. They clearly cancelled the course because not enough people signed up for the class. They’re completely unreliable and unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone.

YT Chen: 环境一流，中东菜。价格还能接受 不算太贵，所有的菜价最后还要加上25%左右的服务费和税。味道算还可以接受吧，比较推荐小羊排和小鸡翅，烤全鱼比较一般。草莓果汁比较好喝。不过说回来在埃及这个遍地找不到什么可吃的地方，有这么一家餐厅，也算是对旅行者的一个抚慰。另外就是这里总算有啤酒可以点，我特点点了埃及本地产的sakara啤酒，不过尝试下来，觉得并不好喝，下次不喝埃及本土啤酒了。还有这家餐厅位置不靠尼罗河，风景没有隔壁的那家餐厅好。在这里的住客也并没有折扣，希望洲际可以对住客能再多一些优惠！

W: I was looking forward to eating here but was very disappointed. Firstly, a few items in the menu were not available (they did not have the dish of the day - chicken walnut, and the only juice available was hibiscus) and most of all, the meat and chicken were absolutely not fresh. We had the beef tagen with onions, the beef was tough as rubber, while the chicken in the muloukihya was very suspicious - tasted like the chicken had been boiled separately beforehand then frozen, and just dumped into the muloukhiya and reheated before serving. We had good food during our trip and this was probably the only disappointment, so sadly cannot give a good rating. The only saviour was the service which was good (but then again we were the only people in the restaurant for lunch as it was Ramadan)

Hafsa Zaghmout: Very small place but nice, the food is really home made and had a very authentic taste. I had kofta with potatoes in the oven, with rice, grilled vegetables and Egyptian pickle. NYALA WALKER: 5 FOOD! 3 SERVICE! Authentic Thai Cuisine! The SOUPS may have been my favorite part. The Tom Kha Coconut soup and Tom Yam Spicy shrimp were delicious and took me back to Thailand. ALL Dishes were plated and presented well and tasted DELICIOUS! We also ordered wine, spicy beef salad, spring rolls, and two entrees! My only issue was that they did not recommend the ‘Tasting Menu’ to my partner and I after seeing us order several courses! It would have been more cost effective and we would have gotten a chance to try more dishes. I couldn’t tell if it was the language barrier, racism or simple oversight on the part of our server. (We are Ghanaian, When I asked ‘why?’ no one could explain, yet it was offered to a table next door to ours) Overall GOOD experience. Just wish this restaurant was overlooking the NILE like their Italian one.
Gventures: The best Thai restaurant in Cairo! I love Thai food. I have been to Thailand, and I used to work at a Thai owned and operated restaurant in the US, so I know what the food should taste like. They do a fantastic job here! I have been several times now (living in Cairo 1.5 years, tried all the Thai spots in Cairo, this one is the best, and I will be back again). Overall, it's a high-end restaurant located in a hotel building with a quiet atmosphere. The waiters are funny, the food tastes good but it's a little salty. The main dishes are slow to arrive, but the snacks are very good. They have wine, which is perfect for three or five friends to order a little food and slowly enjoy their drinks. It's a comfortable experience. Each of us ordered a main course and some small plates, but we couldn't finish everything. We didn't order wine, and the total cost was just over $20 per person.
