Sarah Boctor: Ive been trying to reserve the B2 exam for a week now. The exam reservation process is so ridiculous and slow. After filling the form and choosing online payment, they sent me an email 6 days later with a link to pay. The link doesn't work. It contains a form that is broken and no buttons to proceed to the next step. I sent them an email on the same day with the problem and I still didnt get a reply. I called them over ten times today on both landline and mobile, and both numbers are either busy or they dont answer. And I also sent them a message on whatsapp with no reply so far. It's very frustrating and annoying. Booking an exam shouldn't be this hard. I also took my B1 exam with them. The exam rooms are old and the audio quality can be better and you receive the permanent certificate more than 6 months after the exam date. Insane.

Ayman Mostafa: One of the best centers for teaching the French language in Egypt .. A distinguished branch in Heliopolis with a separate building .. You can learn or teach children the French language or improve the level in it .. Most of the teachers are Egyptians and the level must be determined before the start of the courses .. Only there is difficulty in communication By telephone .. You must come to inquire about anything .. The average price of one course is 2200 EGP .. I think that the cost is a little high, especially in the case of taking several courses .. I think the possibility of making a package in the case of taking several courses

Interesting and fun books. But, I think they can improve the platform. It's old fashion. Also it would be great if they add simple grammar as part of the curriculum.
