Lala: I’m so thankful to AVC after they did emergency treatment for my cat. I came without an appointment during the morning and they were open and welcoming. The staff were so nice and caring to my cat and were patient even though he bit and scratched them. My cat is fine thanks to AVC. Amazing job everyone!!
M H: I called them in the morning inquiring if they had the bordatella vaccine, they confirmed it was available and I asked if I could book it or book an appointment they said no just come in any time. I drove two hours after work to zamalek just so they could tell me it’s not available. Very unprofessional I wasted my time and money coming all that way for nothing. Sub par experience wouldn’t recommend anyone going there for any sort of vaccination.

Mohamed Zada: Dr. Bishoy operated on my Golden retriever a few weeks ago. Everything went great. Dr. Bishoy is an excellent surgeon and a wonderful human being. I highly recommend this hospital.
Heba Amr: They are not professional, they are commercialDoctor Beshoy Samir couldn't diagnose my cat even though we did all the necessary analysis from ultrasound to xray to blood tests and prescribed lots of wrong medications and finally my cat lost her tongue because of his recklessness and inability to check and diagnose her mouthHe prescribed lots of medications that he said will treat everything at once, who does that?He neglected her hydration and when i asked him, he said blatantly " good from you to think about her hydration, give her a syringe of water"He excused a lot even though he knew her life is in danger, extremely irresponsible and unprofessional doctor

Yara AlGezeiry: I will give a 5 star only for the Doctors who are really good especially Dr. Beshoy and Dr. Nermeen . But the receptionist is obnoxious. She doesn't want to put in any effort. I needed to call the garden city branch to find if they had a vacancy for accommodation and asked her to do so, since the case is transferred from their branch in zamalek, and she said its not her duty and said you ask the doctor to call them. Then what is the job of the receptionist? Two dogs peed in the reception during my 1 hour wait and i asked her to ask someone to clean it, she said the assistant is busy with the doctor. After 30 min When dogs and clients were stepping on the pee, someone else asked her the same, she said the assistant is busy and I wont clean it up myself. So unhygienic for a clinic or hospital. A foreign client came in and pointed it out she said oh...I will get someoone . She didn't do anything. The doctor came out into the reception and saw the mess, and instructed the assistant to clean up.She is a bad image to the place.

Habiba Sugich: Went with a dying stray cat and Dr. Bishoy took the utmost care and attention to try and save him. They also give a 10% discount and waive examination fees for stray animals. Highly recommend and am thankful this resource exists in Cairo with such care.

I came every day to visit my cat, but they wouldn't let me into the room where it was. they did a lot of tests and amputated the paw. in total I paid more than 500 eur for such a "treatment". There are good clinics in Cairo, but this one is not on the list of good ones. This is hell for animals...

Because of him my beautiful dog died in so much pain and agony, his last 24 hours were nothing but discomfort and hell, all because this so-called "doctor" refused to answer my questions, help us out, flat out REFUSED TO SEE ME , LOOKED AT PICTURES OF MY DOG'S TUMORS and had the nerve to tell me they were just bumps on the skin. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL COMPANIONS HERE IF YOU WANT SOMEONE RELIABLE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING. Hell, half the time I went to him for something serious HE HAD TO CONSULT OTHER DOCTORS BECAUSE HIS KNOWLEDGE IS MINIMAL AT BEST.Careless, malicious, and a failure in his job. He ignored me a lot and I asked him for a lot of help. I used to go to the clinic and my dog was tired in my hands and needed blood tests and he lied to me and told me not to go to another clinic to do a blood test because blood tests without tests are dangerous, and because I trusted him like a fool, I believed him and later discovered that he is a liar and there are doctors like him who told me This is not true, and who is the doctor who tells you that? I sent him pictures of tumors on the dog's body to ask what it was, and he didn't talk to me for a week, and I had to go to a special clinic to pass me by, and at the end he told me, "No, it's normal, it's just wrong." He fooled me and betrayed my trust in me, and because of his ignorance and lack of concern for his patients, my dog died while he was in great pain. If this “doctor” had a drop of blood, he would have cared, but it does not matter to him, neither you nor me nor any animal. All this and after ten years, God knows what he is doing to other animals. May God suffice you, may God take revenge on you and protect us from your forms

Cass: Hi so my friend rescued a puppy who badly attacked by other dogs on the street. He has been taking him almost everyday to a vet in nasr city. The vet told us he has worms and suspects a stomach ulcer. He was getting worse on the street and we felt it needed to be in a home for a few weeks till he got better. I can’t keep him and we are looking for someone to adopt him. Today I took the puppy to the vet in maadi cuz I felt he wasn’t getting any better (American veterinary center) and had such a bad experience there it’s over priced and they were so unprofessional. The vets teased me and laughed when I simply told them to look at bloody stool of my puppy. And if they can examine it which they didn’t. 950 le later no formal diagnosis. On top of that they want me to come in for the next 5 days to give the puppy iv and medication and pay 450 each day which will be a total of 2250. I don’t mind paying the money but I want to be guarantee he will get better. Which how can they when they can’t even diagnosis what he has. They didn’t even confirm if has worms. They scared me into thinking he has a virus but now are just telling me he has a cold and inflammation in the stomach. I am so upset they wrote a prescription which is basically illegible. Didn’t show me how to administer the medicine. They were just cruel.

Exactly a week later the bag came back home. Uh.. but after how many days it started to grow again until it became more painful than the first, and a thousand people worked for the doctors in order to fix the amount of madness that the doctors made, with the awareness of AmericansIt is a very neglectful thing. This is a soul that does not know how to speak and say if he is tired or not, I mean at least if you do this job, he will remain at mercy, not playing with the lives of animals, lying and defrauding their owners.
