Alles in die Jahre gekommenLaut von Aussen, innen auf dem Flur Stemmarbeiten und die Fahrstühle werden erneuert. Da kann es schon lange dauern, eh ein Lift kommt. In unserem Zimmer an der Balkontür war das Schloss fehlerhaft. Wir hatten es bemängelt, da wurde es ausgebaut und man wollte am nächsten Tag mal schauen.Beim Frühstück lässt sich nichts vermissen, aber es fehlt Atmosphäre.5* sehen anders aus.Walkability: Tahir Platz, Ägyptisches Museum
Ana Bruges: Terrible. DEF NOT A 5 STAR HOTEl. Lack basic amenities like drinks in the room, Jaír dryer, no robes, no international programming (these are the amenities that make a hotel 5 star) Save yourself and do not stay here. The elevators literally SHAKE very heavily while going up, the carpet is stained and damaged everywhere, the people in the front desk are rude and condescending. We checked in at 4 am and asked for TWO nights thinking we would get charged for an early check in and the two nights we requested. They charged the early check in as a full night and did not tell us about it even when we asked the front desk to confirm that it was two nights, they just charged it. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in my whole life and I’ve traveled half of the world.
Alicia Cores González: No se alojen en este hotel!Tenemos tres noches reservadas en este hotel, la primera noche llegada a las 3h de la mañana y nos encontramos con una habitación inhabitable. Reclamos al hotel al día siguiente mostrándole las fotografías, por las condiciones en las que nos tienen y no les importa el cliente. Lo único que nos ofrecen es pagar más dinero (75€ por noche y habitación) para tener una habitación en condiciones. Después de haber pagado ya una gran cantidad de dinero a Soltour.Nos encontramos en la planta séptima en una habitación de los años sesenta, ruido insoportable a todas horas del tráfico, olor a tabaco en la habitación, ducha que no funciona, suciedad, moho, camas rotas, mucho frío, sin mantas … no son condiciones de tener alojados a los clientes en un Hotel Hilton.No recomiendo a nadie que se aloje en este hotel ni que reserve ningún viaje con la empresa Soltour.Es muy posible que se ponga enfermo durante su viaje por Egipto como nuestro caso, un crucero por el Nilo con estancia en El Cairo Hotel Ramses Hilton organizado por la empresa Soltour.No malgasten su dinero en este hotel, cuesta mucho esfuerzo ganarlo para luego terminar viendo situaciones desagradables durante sus vacaciones.Esto no son vacaciones!Rooms: No reúne las condiciones de habitabilidad.Noteworthy details: Huyan de estar alojados aquí, a este hotel no le importa el cliente y en que condiciones los tiene. Lo más desagradable que nos hemos encontrado como país y como empresas. Sólo quieren sacarte el dinero. Esto es una trampa para turistas.

Le petit déjeuner est très bien.Les ascenseurs sont néanmoins très long à arriver (une trentaine d’étages pour 4 ascenseurs). Nous avons eux aussi le droit a des bruits de travaux dans l’hotel toutes la journée.The hotel is clean, located near the Nile. Pulizia che in alcuni casi lascia a desiderare (non per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani che erano puliti). Isolamento acustico pessimo (la notte del venerdì c'è stata musica fino alle 4 del mattino). La piscina è carina ma piccola e con poche sdraio. La posizione è l'unica cosa veramente buona di questo hotel. Se dovessi tornare, non ripeterei l'esperienza.

Sara Eed: We booked a room at Hilton for me and my husband. We came from the UK yesterday when we went to the reception to check in at 1:00 am late flight and we were exhausted after a long trip. He refused to accommodate us as we are of dual nationality (Egyptian), and our marriage certificate is European. His attitude was shocking, and he asked to be certified by the Egyptian authority. Which is out of anyone's business when we have decided to get married. The point is we had been to the meridian 3 years ago, and we never got asked such a question or being in this situation. Until when you make an issue for Egyptian living their life outside Egypt and are trying to move our destination and holidays to Egypt, you make us regret. We moved all over the world and couldn't survive or take our rights in our country.We left the hotel at midnight at 3:00 am. and accounted for my husband alone for one night in a disgusting room full of smoke and smell of cigarette. I decided to take the next flight back. It will be the last.Thanks for being welcome, Hilton.

Manuel Díaz: Me alojé en una espera entre vuelos. Un buen hotel situado justo al lado del aeropuerto lo que evita desplazamientos. 3 botellitas se agua en la habitación buenas para hidratarse. Use una Habitación doble, amplia, con cama grande. Hervidor con te y café. Por ponerle algún pero: el servicio de wifi era de pago (4,5€/día)....feo detalle cuando quieres llamar a la familia por WhatsApp p.ej., y también que en la TV no había ningún canal en español. Desayuno con horario amplio desde las 4 a.m.

Номерной фонд старый, персонал не обученный и ленивый!

The service, food, decor, location are all bar raising and set the new standard of luxury. Brooke: My husband and I took a two day trip to Cairo to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff at the St. Regis was phenomenal, very attentive, helpful, and paid attention to detail. They surprised us with a decorative room along with a cake and some treats. Dinner at the J&G was exquisite and the decorations in the hotel were stunning. I am a Marriott Platinum Elite and travel frequently with the brand. I can tell the difference between bad, good, and very good across the Marriott properties. I can say that this property is outstanding.

I love their breakfast food variety, simple but premium quality. Room is superb and they are very generous on supplying complimentary snacks and fresh fruits to the room.The pillow come with different quality you can choose from soft to medium and hard.
