Motassem Hefny: I attended a wedding over there, the atmosphere was good.The floor tiling is not balanced or levelled which can make people trip and fall easy and those on a wheelchair it is very difficult to be moving around unless you are having strong support and assistance from the others.The catering was not addressed, I trust it was an outside company, but the lamb was roald and did not get cooked at the right time.The parking at night is extremely dark and the best option is to go for valet service which is not my preference.

Ahmed: So rude and unprofessional.They told me to visit from Sunday to Wednesday. So I left work early, drove for 40 minutes, and arrived there at 5 PM.When I arrived, nobody replied on Whatsapp, and nobody picked up the phone for 40 minutes.The guy at the gate told me that the pool was busy and we will not be able to look at the venue. He gave us Evie’s number, which is supposedly the owner of this place.Called her 10 times, but she replied almost 1 hour later. She was so rude and hung up the call when I told her what happened.I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

TOM PHELAN: The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and always on hand to assist. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels whilst working for my company and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The executive lounge is fantastic. The breakfasts and dinner choices are great and they change the dinner options everyday which is great as I stayed for 16 nights. I used the gym a few times and it's fantastic. It has weights, running machines etc. There is a lovely outdoor pool also. Honestly, I can't fault the hotel, Stay if you can, you won't regret it.

C E: We stayed in the room 258 and after two nights I have to go straight to the physiotherapist because I can’t move my back. The bed and pillows that used to be the jewel of any Marriott Hotel is here the worst nightmare. The mattress is old and it is in a terrible shape. The bathroom looked very old and it’s not well maintained. Also, the view from our room was really ugly and we weren’t allowed to use the terrace as they were painting the front of building. The staff is very nice and professional.
