Yasmine Abdelnaeem (Jessy): Nice cozy vet. Mark is a really great doctor, gave me instructions on how to care for my tortoises (I went there for a free tortoise checkup for turtle day). At the reception, they took the time to put in details of each pet on the computer: their names, weight and health condition. After my appointment, I saw next in line were a rabbit and a monkey and I was surprised. Mark checks on those too, not your typical dog, cat, bird doctor. 👨⚕️Update: After nearly 3 years, I went to the vet again for a check-up on my tortoise with Dr Wasfi and I can say this is the only vet I trust with reptiles and tortoises, since I've had bad experiences in the past.When coming with two pets, you pay fully for one pet (120 EGP) and half for the other. Very thorough in explaining everything to you. God bless him.

Menna Ashraf: Very bad experience and an unprofessional team. I ordered food two days ago and after receiving it, I found the larger size and wanted to exchange it with the one I have as a part of a big order that costs thousands. They asked me to pay EGP 60 claiming that they have a policy that says so and no policy on the website or on the application that says anything about exchange/return fees AND I'M IN THE 14 DAYS POLICY!!!! So no worries, I'd rather shift to your competitors instead of wasting time with you over the phone and WhatsApp to EGP 60 issue in a 6k order. Simply you don't know how business is run and you don't follow the Egyptian policy of the 14 days return.
