Vega G: Complete scam like the common english named brands providing traditional services around particular higher class districts/neighborhood launched only to suck money without commitment to acceptable standards , these shops survive in our insecurities none of these trained stuff speak english . I have been a highly valuable customer till winter 2022 from 2020 or so my orders were of couple of thousands each both in dokki and zamalek . I will not talk about their exaggerated prices since I knew it before placing order and maybe that one of factors that get me interested matter of fact I thought it will make them honor thier work taking loads of amounts. their treatment specially in dokki mohi el edin brach is worthless place run by thiefs . they are bunch of liars and thief's starting from haithem the cashier guy . completely coward employer lacking basic work ethics constantly avoid customer . at that time he used POS machine which deduct money from my card 3 times . the total amount was nearly 2k . he promised that I was charged only once and I will get sms message . but after several errors in machine he decide to cancel all charges but nothing were cancelled. he is full of shittt . I went to atm to bring some cash and avoid their broken/sneaky POS machine and I agreed to pay cash . haithem looked shaking and tried to cover his mistake and keep stating that normal issue many have faced recently and all money refunded immediately (however he compared my situation with his 200 pounds customers it's not even close only show that he is scam artist has zero responsibility to customer finances). I went home to check my cellphone and did not find SMS from my bank however checking my bank statement online I saw all charges . since it was nightmare I spent months to get money back from talking to bank to going haithem there while providing me insane excuses plenty of times . forwarding to his colleague from paymob the payment processor company for tailor .another low key scammer and sweet talker working together with Mr tailor . he is special in taking out the heat from angry client / he never nervous or angry in phone calls opposite to haithem the typical loud douchbag I heard later that haithem has shares in this branch might me the reason who doesn't care to be fired . after 2 months going back and forth the bank assured me that no refund received in 8 weeks I threat to take an action either by police or law enforcement against those particular persons and brand in whole. paymob employer called me asking for some sympathy and patience that he is not involved in this mess. Ahmed rabeaa accounting manager popped up with most phoney claims telling me I can't do nothing and I can't prove that I placed order . the bast*rd believe customers don't know their rights . I went to branch and made last warning speaking to several persons who were avoiding eye contacts among them one of managers who I had some respect for him later he left this scam shop and start his own service. in the next 2 weeks I received refunds but it was last time to deal with them . Mr tailor are whole bunch of unorganized money suckers doesn't deserve one star. shouldn't have access to card payments from banks .also thier orders always missed something and flawed . pay attention when fixing trousers/pullover/jacket they charge each single leg and arm alone .
