Sherif Abdelrahman: Groomers are rough with my dog as I caught them around corner, was argumentative, cut him uneven and insisted on giving him an Ice cold bath. The so-called specificalist for long haired dog, like a shih tzu arrived an 1.5 hours late after my appointment. When I explained to owner he offered me a 50% discount and told me he does all the work outside in street and never answered for an appointment or to answer my important questions about my dog. Don’t go there.

Lamis Darwish: I called them to ask if they were a shelter or a hotel they replied in a very rude way to the extent that the girl hung up on me while I'm still talking.Rudeness is the word that can describe their attitude.
Mervat Fahmy: Extremely unprofessional staff. The place smells horrendous and is just a large house. Extremely unfit location for dogs.

Had a conflict concerning pricing today and while taking on the phone to the office they dropped my dog on the street and left without telling me which is very unprofessional and total lack of manners

Islam Nadim: The staff are very professional and very friendly. They are knowledgeable and gives extended details about the status of the pet and the required medications, if any. They answer all questions without hesitation, and even if the question is asked multiple times, they still answer it with a smile.

angel t!me: Do not bring your pet here unless you want them to get sick!! I’m visiting Egypt from Canada and I thought to get my dog a haircut but they used perfume!! Which you are not supposed to use any scented products on animals ever! And my little dog got a terrible allergic reaction ofcourse and we had to rush him to the vet hospital. Seriously the worst dog grooming experience we ever had. My poor dog still can’t open their eyes and we already saw the vet last night, I literally have to take them to vet again right now.

Khaled Mazhar: They have the aura of being professional but they are far from it. Some issues below in the order of importance1- They cut my cat in 4 places on the belly (small cuts) and thigh(medium cut)during grooming. When the doctor came to inspect the wounds he touched the scars without sanitizing his hands. They were unapologetic as if this was normal to draw blood. They are using a tool that cuts very close to the skin .. they do not have a tool with different cutting levels.2- They lied about giving my cat a proper shower with shampoo .... how can you fully shower and lather and COMPLETELY dry a cat in 20 minutes ?? There wasn't any dampness or humidity on her and there was no fresh smell. Customers are allowed to attend grooming but not the bathing. So apparently they can lie.3- The waiting area has air conditioners but they are turned off and you are forced to position you pet in front of one of two fans that are on the wall.
