Sherif Abdelrahman: Place says grooming but all they do is showers and they hardly ever answer their phone.
angel t!me: Do not bring your pet here unless you want them to get sick!! I’m visiting Egypt from Canada and I thought to get my dog a haircut but they used perfume!! Which you are not supposed to use any scented products on animals ever! And my little dog got a terrible allergic reaction ofcourse and we had to rush him to the vet hospital. Seriously the worst dog grooming experience we ever had. My poor dog still can’t open their eyes and we already saw the vet last night, I literally have to take them to vet again right now.

Rokaya Abdalrahman: Horrible owner, she doesn’t have decent manners while dealing with humans, only god knows how she deals with dogs. Completely terrible. Such a disheartening experience.EDIT: not only she shouts and talks rudely on the phone when asked about the "visit hours" she claims they exist after being left out on the street for an hour waiting for someone to appear and when the man came out he gave us HIS telephone to call her because apparently she only answers her employees! She doesnt answer her fb messenger, she doesnt answer the phone and the worst of all, she is now lying! Anyone who writes a bad review about the place, she just calls him a breeder, like she did with me. People like her shouldn't be trusted with animals. I've been to other shelters, I've dealt with many rescuers, but I've never seen someone as terrible. Shame on you.To make it clear to anyone who reads this review: I dont know about the place inside, I dont know how the animals are treated, and I'm not making any claims. I am writing about my horrendous experience with her as a shelter owner and supposedly a rescuer.
