The facilities are excellent, the dogs in his training are well looked after and he uses tried and trusted methods in his training.I was very impressed and would have no qualms about leaving my dogs with him and his team.

Hana Aly: We left our dog for over a month and were very worried about it, but the team at Mazen’s Resort made it so much easier on us! They were extremely helpful, sending photos and videos to comfort us, updating us every now on then on how he he was doing. We were so happy to find him well rested, and well socialized when we got back. I felt that he was truly given the attention he needed, and more importantly, was safe and taken care of. Thank you! I went with my husband because i’m not a native arabic speaker and the shop man even spoke English! This will definitely be my #1 pet shop whenever we visit our house in Egypt.
