Ahmed Madkour: Music is disturbing. They had the whole windows opened while it was winter and the place was freezing. When complained, staff said there's a problem with the windows and temperature would get better as it will get crowded. Also, they don't deserve the prices they ask for.

Peter Joseph: My experience had been the worst ever, I had never been into any place with that deficiency in every single detail.I had visited the place for the first and the last time in the 7th of January 2023, while the place had been extremely crowded without any type of organisation, the orders had been very poor, the show had been very short with an average of 10 minutes and finally the stuff had been a cheaters as they had cheated the cheque asking consuming all our tickets with the total amount of 3K with an extra fees of 500LE then once we disputed the charges they downgraded the amount to 350 on the spot, while the guy had asked to receive the money in cash instead of accepting the card, to complete his con.After submitting a complain the manger "Hany William" had called me to investigate the issue in the rudest behaviour ever while he didn't provide any resolution but instead he tried to convince me that it's our mistake in counting.I don't recommend this place for anyone and I will do my best to escalate the issue to the higher possible level.

And we just orded 2 plates not exceeding the 900 after adding the taxes ! And when i made a complain to ask how did they calculate the check , nobody referred back to us eventhough they were answering in the beginning mentiong that they will investigat with the waiter who calculated the check named "shetos" !! And suddenly they stopped answering me on msn !!Not recommended at all

A 600ml bottle of water is 90 egp and the waiter did not give back the the change nor the receipt which for all I know could have just put in his pocket. I was there with a big number of friends but generally would not be my first choice.

Hayatt Aziz: Unfortunately the restaurant and program were a big prank. I do not recommend it at all. First, a reservation is required, and the minimum per person is a thousand pounds.. They told us there was a program and we were excited, but their program was a DJ. We ran for two and a half hours, and then one of them played the percussionist. We cracked and at 12 o'clock came a dancer who performed four prayers and did not know how to dance and they sealed it with DJ Now I suffer from headaches and stomach cramps from eating them. Advice: Do not lose money in much better places and offer better programs.

Maysaa Higazy: Finding a good massage therapist is difficult, especially given it such a personal preference and every massage therapist has their own style. Being local to Cairo I’ve tried many spas and massage therapists at each spa. I’ve been to Le Quell Elite several times and have enjoyed the experience (especially the Reflexology), but this time was so different. Laila has such great technique and really knows how to work on pressure points. It’s exactly what I needed after a stressful few weeks, traveling for work and adjusting to the cold weather. I highly recommend her. I think I have found my massage therapist goddess!
