Rawan Almahdi: Absolutely horrible experience. This place is supposed to be global! When I reserved my seat, I went and they told me that there were no places and that there was a glitch in the system, but there wasn’t .It was a problem from the coordinators themselves! The appointment was pushed back too late, and they made no exceptions, even though the problem was on their side.*This happened in IDP IELTS -Heliopolis
Yossr Yasser: I had my exam on the 25th and 26th of November. I believe the best part of my experience was the 20-hour course with Dr. Yahya Gamal. It was rich and informative. However, I would like to express my distress regarding the speaking test on the 25th Nov. as my examiner, Mr. Rami, in the IDP Heliopolis branch gave me facial expression from the very beginning of the test. He showed expression of mocking, and sometimes disagreement on what I was saying. At the end of part 3 he asked me "Do you think that your friends would agree on what you are saying?" I believe that he should have been neutral from the beginning as he added much stress and anxiety through the test.Another distress I experienced during the test was on the next day 26th Nov in Hilton, Lily Hall. During the writing test, the timer on board stopped at "8 minutes." I heard one of the invigilators telling her colleague that the timer "froze", so I asked her how many minutes were left? She told me "2 minutes." Here, we all wondered how, and I personally was under more stress to write faster as we were busy writing and could not see that the timer froze. To us, it was "8 minutes" left. The head of the invigilators told us to move on writing and then after a few minutes she told us "Time is up. pencils down". This was totally unprofessional. The exam itself is stressful, therefore examiners and invigilators should not add more tension that definitely has its negative impact on our performance.

m test: The factory was sold by Muhammad Amin, the son of Dr. Sharif Nasih Amin, and the partner of Dr. Hisham Issa, to a money laundering company. The ISO certificate was withdrawn from the factory, and all the workers who had excellent experience with Dr. Sharif Nasih were dismissed. And no one asks about quality because the majority of the results are multiplied. This is what one of the workers in the factory is currently in an important location in the factory, even for a moment. The factory is open for workers in Khazabelia branches. All branches take samples only. The rest of the branches do not work, and often work is done with expired solutions, and the most branch that does this work is the Mohandessin branch, and it is located at 55 Abdel Moneim Riyadh Street, Al Atebaa Tower, and this branch is headed by one named Imad Azmy, and what was hidden was the greatest

Shameer Shaduli: Location for Emirates COVID tests. Results claimed in 24 hiurs. Its a bit difficult to find, but the lab is located on the 2nd floor of a building that does not have a name. Look for (5 Talat Harb) small metal sign at the entrance to the building. Register on the preflighttest website ahead.

Sebastian Thomas: Extremely slow process. Still waiting for results that were sent abroad several weeks ago. It was difficult to receive a professional answer or to get someone on the phone is willing to look into my case. Unbelievable that Tabibi recommended this lab.
Camilla Zalka: The whole experience has felt like a scam. My son is sick and needed some common and uncommon blood tests. They took a lot of money for these tests. 5 days later and I still have not received a receipt (nor results for the common tests (only after blood was drawn did they tell me it would take 20 days for the uncommon results)). I am given continual excuses as to why I haven’t received the receipt as well as results that you can normally easily receive in 24 hours if not less. In many places this would be considered theft.

Hanafy Fouly: I understand the need for US citizens and consulate to be protected. the whole neighborhood is secured for protection of US consulate and its working citizens. When a US citizen in foreign country asked them for help or protection, then no help or protection without reason. The US passport has statement that the bearers should provide the passport for aid and help. The US citizen services do not provide what is written in passport papers. I do not understand!!!
MOHAMED HASSAN: STAFF DONOT KNOW THE LAWMy Family were selected for a DV lottery and they did not think that my sister does not have a right to enter the interview however her paperwork were sent from KCC. I do not understand what kind of Training the US embassy staff training get but something needs to be done with the department of State. I changed the interview location to a different embassy outside Egypt.

Summer’s Channel قناتي: The quality of providing assistance to US citizens in Egypt has gone downhill post-covid. The pandemic is officially over, yet, the embassy is still conducting business as if we are still in lock-downs! No walk-ins appointments allowed, online appointments available for only few days a month and ofc are fully booked for months ahead. Even the website is super crashy n keeps redirecting me back to home page. The one-star review is for having a working phone number and a live representative that actually answers (although super rushy).

You have no right to appeal the decision, but you can pay a second time, hahaha, and the lying American embassy returns and rejects you. God suffices me, and He is the best disposer of affairs.

Mohamed Afifi: It takes them forever to update the result of the PCR, and their call center staff aren't helpful
Dina El Shenawey: Unprofessional staff, and lateness when getting the expedited results. Such a poor service and would definitely not recommend.
Alia Chaaban: I use the home visit service they provide and basically i waste my whole day waiting for the nurse to come take the PCR swap!!! On average they're 6 to 7 hours late, always. Over and above, they're too expensive and their call centre system is very dumb. You call to make an appointment, they tell you the Doctor will call you on the day of taking the sample to tell you what time he'll come and he never respects the time he tells you he's coming at. Will never deal with them again. By the way i found a lab that charges 800 for the same PCR service while Speed lab charges 1600!!! I recommend you all check other options in Egypt.

Amin Lotfy: I reserved for my exam at 2:30 pm, but they asked me to come at 12 to take the exam at 1 pm, I rejected and attended at 1:50 pm they make the process fast and was rush and made me nervous and make me take the exam at 2 pm!!!! In a crouded room !!! , Forced me to wear mask while I wear a glasses and threaten me to cancel my exam if I took it off while the exam, I asked to change the chair it wasn't comfortable and he refused to do and asked me to cancel the exam if I like, all that because my exam duration is 4 hours and they are close on 5 pm, they don't want to wait overnight for only 1.5 hours,I booked for my exam at 2:30pm but they asked me to come at 12 for the exam at 1pm and I refused and showed up at 1:50pm, they made the process fast and they were rushing and made me nervous and made me feel more. They made me take the exam at 2 pm!!!! In a room full of examinees!!! , he forced me to wear a mask wearing glasses and threatened to cancel my exam if I took off my mask during the exam, I asked to change the chair was not comfortable and refused to do that and asked me to cancel the exam if I liked, all because my exam duration is 4 hours and they close at 5 pm, they don't want to wait Overnight for only 1.5 hours,A very bad experience, and God suffices me and yes, the agent among you.

Nancy Hassan: A bad experience, unfortunately, for the staff responsible for the exam. Many unjustified procedures and a request to attend two hours before the exam date for the GRE exam. When I asked for an additional paper, the employee ignored my request and the exam took a specific time. Waiting to complete my request wastes my time. Besides, the employee's style is inappropriate and threatens me because I took off the mask.Really, very bad treatment, unlike the elegant treatment of the British Consulate when I took the IELTS test

TOM PHELAN: The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and always on hand to assist. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels whilst working for my company and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The executive lounge is fantastic. The breakfasts and dinner choices are great and they change the dinner options everyday which is great as I stayed for 16 nights. I used the gym a few times and it's fantastic. It has weights, running machines etc. There is a lovely outdoor pool also. Honestly, I can't fault the hotel, Stay if you can, you won't regret it.

C E: We stayed in the room 258 and after two nights I have to go straight to the physiotherapist because I can’t move my back. The bed and pillows that used to be the jewel of any Marriott Hotel is here the worst nightmare. The mattress is old and it is in a terrible shape. The bathroom looked very old and it’s not well maintained. Also, the view from our room was really ugly and we weren’t allowed to use the terrace as they were painting the front of building. The staff is very nice and professional.
