Honestly, I don't see myself buying any laptop brand they are representing. HP and Dell should seek better partners.

Yahya Koura: Went to fix my MSI laptop at METRA services center as stated in MSI official website, after a lot of looking around at wrong directions, I finally got to it and they said MSI support moved to Redington!I had to look around again for that company which -again- was at the wrong address. After I finally arrived, the "receptionist" told me we don't support MSI anymore either, and you're not the first one to come and ask. 🙂Such a waste of time and money.
