Heba Shaker: I visited for the first time all three branches of Caravanserai in Zamalek, as recommended by a friend. I have to say that I was really impressed by the exquisite taste of each and every piece displayed, the furniture, lighting units, as well as home accessories.
Ed Barney: Probably cheaper to buy an actual caravan than furniture from here, but given that’s an unlikely trade off scenario, then go ahead and embrace this stylish store.

Nour El Din: Had a terrible experience with Massive furniture!From their terrible customer service to the delays in delivery. At one point a "manager" started shouting on the phone while my wife was trying to communicate a problem we were having with them and then he hung up mid conversation. I tried calling their CEO several times and he didn't answer any of my calls. I then sent him on what's app and he replied their but never bothered to call to resolve the problem and he never followed up on it. Definitely not recommended.
yahya m mahayni: My mom and I stumbled upon this store randomly. My mom was looking to furnish her new place. We found so many beautiful options from which to choose. We ordered the full shebang (eg couches, dining table, dining chairs, living room armchairs, closet, bed).I have to say - I have not had such a pleasant customer experience in any other furniture shop in the world (not exaggerating). Nada, Iman, Seif, Maya, Sandra, Nadine, Maha, Mr Karim and the rest of the team are incredibly professional, caring, and kind. They individually and collectively advised my mom with much attention and patience.
Ahmed Samy: Completely unprofessional when ordering I was informed that delivery was going to be 30-45 days but then they changed their mind and started making up lies and saying 45 working days as if that's normal and now they want to deliver more than a two month late and they aren't even sure of a delivery date. complete waste of money and time. Also after asking around and seeing some of their products at resturants the chairs are extremely wobbly and definitely not worth the money. In the end I completely regret dealing with them so do yourself a favour and keep looking

Omar Abbas: Very Bad quality I had to return the chairs 3 times for them to fix and they made me wait for 5 months and still I didn't get my chairs only 9 and they don't answer and keep delaying. Worst experience ever. Highly not recommended.

The Sales supervisor (Mr.Ahmed I think) probably needs some training how to deal with customers and how to sell and confront customers. The Salesgirl served us well though.

Also, those who arrive disgusting beyond description take money and say, “If they call you, don’t tell us that you did something for us, and you feel that they are a gang. It is not a very disgusting thing.”
