They serve amazing bread rolls, cakes and donuts at a very fair and affordable price. The variety, quality and friendliness of staff was great, hence the 5 star rating.They said the coffee is not made from tab water but bottled water (which was important to me), it tasted very delicious.I'm looking forward to go back again in a couple weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :-)

Noha Sharaf: Worst customer service ever! Long and detailed review: in this branch-- I was being friendly with the lady asking her opinion of the best seller cupcakes she replies " all our things are good" I smile and say of course but which ones are more ordered and requested, with a bland face she replies " all of them , I cannot tell you what to get , depends what you like!!" She made me regret the moment I asked for her recommendation!!! Then I was hesitant to ask if she can atleast tell me what flavor is each since there were no labels, and it's my first time! Her tone & attitude was not welcoming ! If I wasn't in a hurry I would have left to another place! I heard a lot about how great Nola is--- but service can ruin the image no matter how tasty! Oh and when I picked my options she then remembered she's in service and asked if there were kids and tried to recommend other products,,, but I reached to the point that didn't care to hear her recommendation--- too late! That's a shame really. Well...I hope it will taste good atleast. But ill never go there any time soon.
