Marwa Ahmed: The place is good, nice vibes to work / study but I'm never going back there ..1- There's no smoking area, so anyone in Open area or garden can smoke, no one cares if you are non-smoker or allergic.After u find out, you can't change to indoor area because you've already booked outdoors so they weren't helpful2- Using internet is limited to 4 gbs if you book the whole day .. in addition its speed is 1mbps 🙂3- Staff there isn't helpful or friendly, most of them are actually rude & non-professional4- I was gonna ignore that but there's no lift & they've sat too many rules so if u need to pick up delivery you have to go all the way down to get your delivery - cuz delivery guys can't enter the holy place - and then go all the way upMost terrible experience in my life actually.

M S: Unfortunately, it was a year ago much better than now.. I went after 12:00 at night for the sake of studying a little. I found people sitting on top as if they were exactly on coffee and a very loud voice, and they were also smoking. In the third and fourth floors, I was very surprised.. Honestly, the experience was very bad. I wish they controlled the sound more. I'm going to brag and roam the place, it's a lot quieter.. I was really upset about my last experience, knowing that the receptionists Abdullah and Abdul Rahman were very respectful guys and they tried to help as much as they could, but the place was full of annoying sounds

Just to stay one day, the staff said that it's expensive because of the excellent service, but I say it ain't that excellent, the internet lagged for a while, good place not bad but notoriously expensive don't go there!!!!!!!Also if you r planning to stay for about one or two hours you will pay around 70egp and if u left, and if u left for a while you will count hours again from the beginning, the staff were polite, but if y ask me the pricing plans they have is fraudulent
