I called and a very knowledgeable and courteous lady answered. She recommended the Moroccan royal hamman ritual with massage and was able to arrange an appointment later that day. I have to say this is the best spa experience ever. Armany worked her magic and I left feeling rejuvenated. The same treatment would've cost two or three times over in the states. Highly recommended.

Zeina Choucair: We often come to the spa for Thai massages and it’s always been pleasant except for this time. I came to unwind and relax and instead had a very negative experience during the massage: I enter the room and I see a small mobile heater next to the bed. I assume the heating system is not working and I ask the masseuse if there is heating because I was cold. (Temperature that day was around 9degrees c). She said she would turn it on. All throughout the massage I was cold, and her hands were super cold. I told her and she kept on adding towels on me to the point where I could not even feel the massage anymore. And I was still feeling cold. At one point I asked her if the main heating system was broken in all the rooms. She went to the wall and turned it on. That was 5 minutes before the end of my session.We also got held at reception for 25 minutes as we had paid online ahead of time but they couldn’t find proof of that.I made sure to complain at the reception and the receptionist who obviously didn’t care much said she already sent a word to the manager Ms Brigitte. I haven’t heard from the manager or from anyone in the spa since that day. Very unprofessional.

The spa is very clean and organised and the staff were polite and efficient in their work. I had a haircut and my hairdresser worked wonders (I usually have a skin fade but with no clippers I was very happy with the outcome) and then an hour long massage - bliss. Thanks ladies 😊😍🤩

There are small lockers with electronic locks, complimentary towels, bottled water and apples.As an experienced gym user I guarantee this gym will satisfy anyone.Spa public areasChanging rooms are really good. Beautifully designed and decorated. Lockers are spacious and all with electronic locks (thanks God no keys needed). Inside the locker you will find a robe, slippers, large bath towel and a plastic bag for wet swimwear.There is a separate wet area for men that includes jacuzzi, sauna, steam, ice well (wasn't working at time of my visits :( ) and heated hard loungers. Jacuzzi looks good but in fact is not very comfortable. Steam room and sauna are just fine. I loved the heated loungers - they are curved in a way that body is totally relaxed + gently heated - I could stay very long time and didn't want to get up.There is a heated indoor pool with some jets - to swim against current or to use for massage. This pool is joined in the middle of Spa, so available for men and ladies together.Guest can take as many towels as they need - they are neatly folded in large cupboards. Normal water and some flavored water is available.In the showers you will find high quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (not a cheap local stuff). Also there are body lotions, hand wash and even mouth wash in changing rooms.The spa ambience is pleasant. Air is full of aroma - lots of oil burners around. Strange that there was no music... But I was happy with the ambience anyway.Unfortunately I couldn't try any massages, so can't comment on the that part of Spa experience.
