nine psychology: what do users think?
Adham Mahmoud: This place is not recommended for medicine or therapy, and do not respect their clients or their privacy or their confidentiality, and harass the clients online on social media and elsewhere, in an attempt to annoy, provoke, harass and cyberbully them. This incompetent place is unprofessional and unethical, and highly not recommended and should be avoided at all costs. This unprofessional and unethical place is highly not recommended, and the incompetent and disrespectful harassers called Noha michael and ashraf adel harass the clients on social media, and cyberbully them, and should not be qualified therapists and should not work in reputable places all together. These therapists, who should seek mental health help themselves, also divulge the clients' private information from the private sessions and beyond, breach their confidentiality, and harass them online and stalk them on social media.Such unprofessional, unethical and incompetent places, and such incompetent and disrespectful harassers are not recommended in any from or means to practice medicine, and should not be allowed to.It is really saddening that this is the level of medical quality that you get to experience here in Egypt from such unethical and unprofessional so-called therapists, and what is even more saddening is the lack of medical ethics and the neglect of the Code of Conduct and Ethics of their profession, and the Data Protection Law of the clients from such incompetent and disrespectful harassers.
Ranya Owieda: YOUR DOCTOR OFFERED ME 15 mins which is less than half a session for half the price after I was considerate enough to change my appointment for her convince! WHAT KIND OF A PSYCHOLOGIST WOULD EVEN THINK ITS OKAY TO TELL A PATIENT THEY’RE GONNA SIT WITH THEM FOR 15 min? HOW DO YOU EVEN GET TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THAT PATIENT IN 15 MINS!!!!! Unless you’re in it for the money? Shame..
Omar zeftawi: I went for an ADHD test, got a two hour session on the feeling wheel. I am 32. Got out with ADHD advance.
Ahmed Mahmoud: This place is not recommended for medicine or therapy, and do not respect their clients or their privacy or their confidentiality, and harass the clients on social media and elsewhere, in an attempt to annoy, provoke, harass and cyberbully them. This place is unprofessional and unethical, and highly not recommended and should be avoided at all costs. This unprofessional place is not recommended, and the incompetent and disrespectful harassers called Noha michael and ashraf adel harass the clients on social media, and cyberbully them, and should not be qualified therapists and should not work in reputable places all together. These therapists, who should seek mental health help themselves, also divulge the clients' private information from the private sessions, breach their confidentiality, and harass them online and stalk them on social media.Such unprofessional, unethical and incompetent places, and such incompetent and disrespectful harassers are not recommended in any from or means to practice medicine, and should not be allowed to.It is really saddening that this is the level of medical quality that you get to experience here in Egypt from such unethical and unprofessional so-called therapists, and what is even more saddening is the lack of medical ethics and the neglect of the Code of Conduct and Ethics of their profession, and the Data Protection Law of the clients from such incompetent and disrespectful harassers.
Martina: TERRIBLE experience:1) Overpriced2) I went to 2 therapists from the center both of them are so ignorant and not updated with what is going on in life. They don't really listen! they lecture more than actually listening to you! And they were very inconsiderate. Even tho i mentioned several times not feeling comfortable in a certain room, I always had the sessions in it. The head of the center actually keeps talking about himself and they were so inconsiderate about my case.3) they take days to reply on whatsapp even though it is a very delicate/senstive field. Not recommended at all
Ali Fawzy: The incompetent therapist called Noha michael is highly not recommended, and treats clients with disrespect, cyberbullying and harassment. This therapist is unprofessional and unethical, and might as well divulge your private and confidential information from the private sessions to others. This unprofessional and unethical therapist is highly not recommended, and it is high risk to clients and others to work with such an incompetent harasser.
Adham Sabry: This place is highly not recommended, and do not value or respect their clients or their privacy or confidentiality.Specifically the incompetent harassers called Ashraf Adel and Noha Michael. These incompetent therapists harass clients online and engage in harassment and cyberbullying, and they divulge their private and confidential information from the private sessions, and, not only that, but they also breach their confidentiality and defame the clients online and elsewhere. This incompetent place and these unprofessional and unethical harassers are highly not recommended, and if this happened abroad, these harassers, who know nothing about medical ethics or the laws and Code of Conduct and Ethics of their profession, or the Data Protection Law of the clients, they would have been sued legally and they would not be practicing their profession. This unprofessional and unethical place and the incompetent therapists called Ashraf Adel and Noha Michael are highly not recommended, and should not work with clients at the first place, and they endanger their health, safety and security. This place is highly not recommended, and it is very high risk to clients to work with such unprofessional and unethical harassers.
Nora Nabil: Very trustable place, I highly recommend dr ashraf adel and dr Eman Samir, as they know how to feel and live the journey as it is with the patient as if it’s their journey. They are doing their best to be real humans. I am so grateful to them.
Al Ghonim: I booked a first time appointment with one of their DRs (ashraf adel), one week in advance, and I received a call to reconfirm my appointment the day prior to it, as well as a whatsapp message to reconfirm and advise that there is a 50% penalty if I request cancelation on the same day, and a 100% penalty for no show. On the appointment day, where I traveled back to cairo specially for this appointment, I received a call, 3 hours prior to the appointment informing me that the Dr had a emergency and that the appointment is canceled. I replied that this is not acceptable since I traveled specifically for this appointment, and asked the secretary to call the Dr and advise. I got no reply and instead, I got a whatsapp message with another meaningless apology. I replied asking whether I will get a 50% discount on the consultation, similar to the penalty that I would have received, in case the cancellarion were from my side, and again I got no reply. Conclusion is that if the reservation and patient respect are with such a low quality, I don't doubt that no good will come from the medical side. I will not come near this place. UPDATE. Clinic came to me the next day negotiating to give me a 25% discount instead of the 50% to match my penalty in case I was the one doing the cancellation. I had no appetite to discuss any further so I said I will come back of and when I have the time to book a new appointment, but the whole matter is behind me. I won't go there.
John Free: To whoever thinks going here seeking professional help don’t waste you time and resources. Especially for first timers, do your research well online and probably look elsewhere. They have a nice website, nice location and design, but other that there's nothing much more to it. Quite unprofessionally run also, taking clients on that easily and quickly is quite alarming. Some therapists seem not bad, while others are questionable at best. A Clinic should look out for clients mental clarity and concerns first then business last.
Yasmin Hany: I'm writing this review specifically because of the poor assistance from nine psychology's secretaries. I contacted them for DBT group therapy over whatsapp and the secretary told me that i need an orientation session with dr. Doaa before i start. So, i told her that i have already attended the same group at a different clinic and i know the rules, i simply want to repeat the experience elsewhere. I asked if there will be something new to tell me and she said I can't join without an orientation session for unexplained reasons. I went to the session and the dr kept asking me about my ptsd and overall traumas only to offer me individual therapy with her. I told her im not here for individual therapy and im already doing this elsewhere, i just need to know if i should be aware of any rules regarding the group. She said there wasn't new to tell me, so i said well, "that was not a fruitful session." Why did you bring me here to pay 850 pounds only to not be told that it's gonna be just like my previous group therapy at Massar. The dr told me i didnt have to pay, but i told the secretary that it's fine and i can pay, i didnt say what i said for the money as much as i didnt like the unprofessional and unethical way of getting people's money. She went into the dr's office and came back telling me that the fee will be 450. I said, "okay" and gave her 600 only for her to put the money in the drawer, close it, and greet me with an annoying smile as she pays me her goodbyes. I decided i wouldnt even ask her for the change because that was seriously so cheap to do and i didnt want to get into such conversation over 150 pounds. Please note that i am writing this so that people wouldnt have the same experience and so that the clinic gets more ethical with their business.
Buthayna El Haggar: Can someone reply to the emails:))))))))))
Mirette Rizk: Trusted to have the best in each therapy type you might need
Marina Hanna: Nine psychology was recommended to me by one of my friends a year ago.The clinic is so relaxing and cozy, the admins are professional and friendly.
Yaseen: If you do not have anything else to do in your schedule it’s okay to go check it out because a change in appointment won’t affect you. The therapists there see over 20 people a day each which creates overlaying times for customers. Nancy love you but don’t get mad I was late because I paid you the amount. This place is dumb cheap it makes you wonder if the therapists are qualified or not.
Nawel Berrichi: Extremely unprofessional, canceling someone’s appointment and reporting it because we’ve arrived a bit late. They do not take the patient health seriously!Leaving a psychiatric patient can make his health worse, and make his depression bigger!I don’t recommend this place at all!
Mohamed Salah: An unprofessional place that asks you to send them mobile money to confirm an appointment. A place that lacks professionalism and manners.
Business Email: this place is the best place to go for help or any concerns, they have an amazing staff and team thats more than welcoming im really glad i found this place
Noha Frd: Very educated and professional staff. The place looks cozy and comfy and relaxing for the eyes.Dr. Ashraf and Therapist Nawal are really great. Even tho I hate female doctors but Nawal is just awesome and made me change my mind.As for prices.. it’s more expensive than average psychiatrists fees in Egypt.. but the service they provide is also more than average. So you get what you pay for. As for timing and bookings. They are very organized and they even call to remind you about your appointment before hand.No waiting time like other psychs.. u just come on time and you get started on your session. Max wait time 10 mins maybe..they are also available via WhatsApp 24/7 for emergency situations.I am getting treatment for several issues that you may find yourself similar to me at some points.I have:Borderline personality disorder.Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).Anxiety and panic attacks.Depression.Addiction and substance abuse.Sleep terrors and sleep apnea due to Post traumatic syndrome (PTS).Also I suffer from temporary random Depersonalization moments.I’m a bit of a mess I know 😅.. but I have been through all the top psychiatrists in the country and by far, this is the best treatment I had that made a difference in my life. I can say I am actually happier, and more relaxed and less worried and stressed. I also am working on living and dealing with some of my chronic illnesses.

Maadi Psychology Center: what do users think?
Ahmed Ibrahim: Tried to reserve a session, and they told me I must pay before even the doctor confirms the appointment. I see it is kinda disrespectful experience
Sayed Saleh: It is only financial and exploitative. The most important thing is to pay, and it is not important for the patient. Even the medical level is not high at all. I found a lot better scientifically and much cheaper.
Ramez Mouneer: Well experienced professionals
Marwa Nour: Some of the counsellor assistants are not friendly and i do not believe that is what should be expected. i had a bad experience with Dr Reece Lavender assistant she speaks in a very high-handed tune which is considered extremely unprofessional especially in her position. Honestly i choose not to go there based on this experience
Alissa Ludanskaa: Good therapy but these guys charge 2000 egp per session.

ACPP: what do users think?
Rhonda Soud: It took me 3 weeks to be able to write a fair and practical review without being overly emotional. I would like to start this post by acknowledging Dr.Yasmine Magdy's potential counseling skills. She is knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to; one of the better psychologists available in Egypt.Unfortunately, both of the offices she works in are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I will share my experience as awareness for others. I was initially referred to Dr.Yasmine by a trustworthy counselor. I initially contacted American Center for Psychiatry and Psychology ( ACPP ) on September 25th, 2021 to set an appointment. I was told that I would be added to the waiting list and the office would follow up within 2 weeks. By October 5th, 2021, I had not heard back and reached out again. This time they told me that I was still on the waiting list and no one had canceled, but the office would contact me as soon as a slot opened. To be completely fair, I received a message saying "Hello" on October 23rd, 2021 which I did not reply to. The next encounter is March 24th, 2021 when I reach out again requesting an appointment. This time I get an automated response, yet no follow-up from an actual human. Time passes again and it's August 11, 2021 (almost a year from my initial communication). I state that I have been waiting for a long time with no progress or response. I am told that I am still on a waiting list. September 2nd, 2022, and I request an appointment again. They finally schedule an appointment for September 20th, 2022. This appointment is canceled because they forgot to put in their notes that I live out of town and require online sessions. They spent a whole year trying to fit me in for a face-to-face session when I was meant to be on the online sessions waiting list. At this point, I am referred to their Partner Office, GAIA Wellbeing. From here onward, there are four months of extreme stress when I am communicating with the secretary on a fortnightly basis to set appointments. The secretary constantly forgets that I am an online client booking me for days when they only offer face-to-face counseling. The secretary quotes rates in dollars assuming I live abroad while I live in Egypt. The secretary constantly sets appointments for mismatched dates such as Saturday, January the 5th when January the 5th is actually on a Thursday. The secretary double-books sessions and has to cancel one of the appointments. The secretary forgets to follow up altogether. Of course, so many sessions are lost amidst this lack of consistency that I end up having 8 sessions in 4 months. Not only had I requested weekly sessions, but I had also asked Dr.Yasmine to confirm that this was possible with her schedule. She assured me it was. On my first session, the internet cut off on Dr.Yasine's end 20 minutes before the end of the session. It took from Sept to Nov (2 months) for the office to make up for that time, only because I was persistent on it. Lastly, Dr.Yasmine gave me her number so I can reach out in case of miscommunication with the secretary. When I did, Dr.Yasmine would read my messages in the middle of her sessions and communicate the wrong message to the secretary which only complicated matters worse. Of course, there are a lot more mishappenings that I could add, but the review is long enough.Unfortunately, Dr.Yasmine Magdy's office tends to overbook, overpromise; and overwork the one administrative employee in the GAIA Wellbeing office. She has the potential to be a great counselor, yet the amount of stress that her office creates might only leave you feeling worse than when you first approached them as it did to me.Best of luck to all who are reaching out for help and struggling to find the right support!
Nada Ameer Al-Sheikh: Professional!!

Yomna Osama: Doctor Adly.Terrible experience.i had lithium toxicity after he prescribed lithium for me. i kept on telling him something is wrong and I am extremely thirsty and urinate a lot ..symptoms of ( Nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus ) induced by lithium. he told me to go do a blood test (the level in blood came out normal) so he told me NO you are fine. Later on... i discover from another doctor that lithium can be accumulated in cells and toxicity can happen even though levels are normal in blood.very unprofessional. Not enough knowledge too. After discontinuing therapy with him.. i texted him on what happened and confronted him.. he did not reply till now.so also he does not care about his patients truly.101 customer service , you could reply to me and explain what happened !I will not be silent till someone from the clinic contacts me since the doctor does not reply.this is not everything too.this is not how therapy should be.

Samar Alabassy: I would love to join this company to offer art therapy services. I am a masters degree student from SMWC. I will bring my own Maxwell House coffee and share with everyone. Maybe some donuts too! :)

Nour Abdel Hamid: The customer service is some the best I've ever seen. You can tell the people you communicate with genuinely want to help and make your experience smoother and easier. My only complaint is there seem to be some glitches regarding the app/website like randomly logging you out but it's not that big of an issue. I recommend this platform to anyone who has a busy schedule and would rather have sessions from the comfort of their home, it truly is a game changer. One word of advice to people looking for psychiatrists, not everyone in the business is ethical, some doctors don't really prioritize your well-being as a patient. If you feel like the first person you meet isn't right for you there are many other available options to explore, and the staff are very helpful and can recommend a bunch of options. The first psychiatrist I met with made me feel like I was just a "case" and was constantly trying to make new diagnoses/ changing my medication/ forgetting things I said in sessions. So just choose your psychiatrist wisely, It's okay to go through a few before finding the right fit for you.
Malak Esmail: very nice place
sakrz: Worst experience ever .. session cancelled in a very short notice and even when the costumer service contact me and try to book me another session with another therapist they faild for the second time ..it was a very stressful experience i dont recommend them at all ..i feel worse after my experience with o7 therapy..
riham tarek: Avoid dr. Nancy elkhatib at all cost.. unprofessional, uneducated & a total scam.. She loses her temper & humilate client..
Buthayna El Haggar: Great profile presentation of therapists, great variety of therapists and compassionate customer service :)
Michael Behman: Professionelle Leistung.
