cyntia aa: Hotel aceptable, habitación amplia con mininevera, solo dispone de 2 enchufes en toda la habitacion y son viejos, en general le falta algo de mantenimiento a la instalación eléctrica y al baño, limpieza correcta, sin limpiar muy a fondo, el desayuno bien y variado, hacen tortilla y tortitas al momento, no hemos tenido problemas estomacales. Personal amable y muy servicial, chapurrean español y saben algo de ingles aunque poco nivel de este idioma para ser un hotel. Tienen buen aire acondicionado, esta alejado del centro de El Cairo, no se ven las piramides desde el hotel aunque esta a 15 min caminando del nuevo museo, es zona de autopista y no hay sitios de comida cerca ni maquinas de vending en el hotel, solo posibilidad de contratar la cena, por lo que llevarse algo de picar no está de más, zonas comunes muy bonitas y cuidadas. Recomendable aunque alejado del centro, para moverse desde el hotel se necesita taxi, uber o algun medio de transporte. Al igual que otros hoteles, museos, barcos, etc en Egipto tiene detector de metales en la entrada y se deben pasar todos los bolsos/maletas por este arco de seguridad. Pone que no se puede meter comida/bebida pero no se controla con exhaustividad.Rooms: Amplias, limpieza correcta, pocos enchufes, falta de mantenimiento en el baño.Safety: Hay que pasar por detector de metalesNoteworthy details: Esta alejado del centro de El Cairo, está en zona de autopista, carreteras alrededor, no hay sitios de comida.

Yukio: We stayed at this resort during our business trip (5 days) and we know for a fact that we will not come back, nor recommend this resort to our or any other business.The wifi is not reliable at all and if it does work, you will struggle loading any pages. Our room cards repeatedly failed and we had to reset them at the front desk every time. For a "resort" we spend more time fixing the service problems than actually enjoying our time after a long work day. We did not receive any compensation for any of our issues and that goes to show how much this resort cares for the well-being of it's guests.I'm genuinely surprised how this place has more than 2 stars on Google reviews, but I suspect foul play management.Bottom line, don't even bother looking into this. Find yourself a better hotel/resort.

yasso adel: I would like to thank the hotel staff for their good treatment and welcome, especially Mr. Nagy at the reception and Mays Moshira for their elegant treatment. Ease of logging in and giving us a tidy and quiet room. We only waited a little while, and we were given the keys to the room where I used to live in room 814. Also, I would like to thank Chef Mohamed at dinner, always smiling, and his style is more than wonderful. Also, the chef at breakfast. Thank you all and hopefully we will see you again
