I had a patio which was nice. Only thing is there was bird poop on the seats so I didn’t sit outside but I wasn’t in the room much anyway to enjoy that feature. Sheets, towels and room was clean. It had all the essential supplies.

ابو حمد: لا انصح اسعار مرتفعة ويوجد بة حشرات لا تدعك تنام ومن ثم تنتقل معك في شنطتك الخاصة الى منزلك بعد انتهاء السفر .حشرة البق و البراغيث يجب ان يكون معك مبيد ترش السرير وما حولة كل ليلة قبل النومظاهرة منتشرة في فنادق مصر لا اعلم لماذا .
Nicolas Durand: Très bonne adresse au Caire, au calme.Le rapport qualité prix est satisfaisant. Le petit déjeuner est bon sauf le café lyophilisé et l'absence de thé traditionnel.Les confitures sont sous plastique en portions individuelles, ça serait bien d'éviter des déchets superflus.Il serait appréciable d'avoir des bières en grand format et à prix acceptable.Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues avec la télévision et de nombreux programmes.

Daniel aube: I recently stayed at this location and it was the most wonderful experience. the hotel is a little further away than the hustle and bustle of Cairo but by only a few minutes more but ever so worth it for the quietness. The staff are simply amazing and very caring in their hospitality. the rooftop terrace is a such a great escape and i especially liked the chirp of the birds. the hotel recommended Angie as a guide and she was such a joy to learn from when touring the pyramids. this is simply a great hotel to stay at and a chance to experience a more local flavor to Cairo. I highly recommend this place

Then we got into the room, and we decided to stay all four days. It was, by far, the most spacious and different hotel we stayed in Egypt.The hotel is located near the Museum. You can visit walking, which is a big plus. Many stores and places to go from there, and the uber is not too expensive to most places. Zamalek (fancy neighborhood) is just 30 minutes from there with heavy traffic. It is true, however, that the place is insanely noisy. The rooms are not sound proofing. It was annoying even for me, who lives the whole life in front of an avenue.The service was great. The front desk guy was one of the, if not the, most kind person we met in Egypt. He was very attentive due to my stomach pain, helped me to replace the spicy soup I ordered at night and kept offering some tea for me. I wish he was promoted, he really deserves it. Thank you for being so kind and friendly with your guests. Oh, he very kindly microwaved my food, thank you so much.The room was very clean, the A/C was working nicely and the bathtub was quite comfortable (did not sit though). We were surprised by a toilet paper sculpture on the toilet vase, a charm I'd say.The breakfast was fine. The mint tea was fabulous, as well as the falafels.Overall, yet a little overpriced given its proximity to the points of interest, it was a nice room with a great front desk.
Salvatore Trupiano: Partiamo dal presupposto che,come molti dicono, è difficile da trovare,neanche il nostro amico egiziano lo trovava....appena arrivati,beh,il palazzo lascia un po' il tempo che trova, è abbastanza fatiscente,ma appena giunti al secondo piano,dove si trova l'area check in dell'hotel,ci accoglie Marcello,super gentile e cordiale,ci fa un upgrade della stanza ,gratuitamente, e ci porta nella Geb (nome della stanza)!La stanza è MOLTO spaziosa e abbastanza pulita, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo,balcone che da sul museo Egizio di piazza Tahrir,in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i punti di interesse della città.Qualcosa potrebbe essere rivisto, però io ritornerei in questo Hotel e...Marcello è veramente una persona FANTASTICA!Grazie mille

Chris J: J'avais hésité avant de réserver cet hôtel, car dans les commentaires les gens disaient qu'elle est dure a trouvé et elle était seulement au 2e étage d'un building, donc ne semblait pas très sécuritaire. Bref j'ai regardé sur Google Map avant de venir et je n'ai eu aucune difficulté à la trouver. Une fois a l'intérieur on monte effectivement au 2e étage et la le personnel vous offre un accueille extraordinaire. Sérieusement ils font vraiment tout pour que vous vous sentez bien. Petit thé à l'accueil, ils s'occupent de vos bagages, vous commande de la nourriture de n'importe quel resto, même du McDonald's 😉, ils font vos réservations pour n'importe quelle excursions etc... Pour ce qui est de la chambre, elle est grande avec des plafonds très haut. Super propre et lit très confortable. Vraiment un hôtel au top! Petite recommandation, apportez vous des bouchons pour dormir au Caire, car tous les hôtels sont bruyants et les klaxons n'arrête jamais! Bon séjour à tous ✌️

Omeama Whitmer: Knowing that we’d be gone from sun up to sun down for tours, we were truly just looking for a place that was in downtown to keep our bags and sleep. This is just that and way more! It’s safe, friendly staff and clean rooms. It is a decent amount of stairs to climb to get to your room but not a huge deal. The rooms have a fridge, a/c and heating, a vanity and a tv. It was clean and they supplied us with towels, soap and shampoo. There is not a safe or iron.The bathroom is small but fine. Our shower evidently was missing the shower head hook which we weren’t aware of till after we checked out. We just assumed that is what you get with budget stays. The water pressure was great, however the drain may have been clogged as the water did stand while showering. You can request toilet paper.They do have complimentary breakfast starting at 8/8:30, we just were never around for it because we had early tours. They will bring water to your room upon request. Easy to reach the staff using WhatsApp.It is right in downtown Cairo so super walkable and right across from the museum which is awesome. You will hear car horns all night into the morning though because the city never sleeps!Overall we enjoyed staying here! It was just what we needed. It’s a budget stay so don’t expect to have resort style amenities but if you want a safe, clean, super affordable and walkable sport to stay in, this is it!

Еще из хорошего ребята на стойке нам дали меню довольно приличной еды с доставкой, которая обошлась нам в сущие копейки! Спасибо. Это огромные плюсы для Каира.Минусы. Неудобно найти сам отель,т.е. нет никаких вывесок и указателей. Принзжаешь ночью на такси и бегаешь вокруг здания в полной растерянности. Даже внутри подъезда нет указателя. Нужно подняться с чемоданами, тк лифт не работает. Подъезд до безобразия грязный ( в углах подъезда выносят мусор и его едят кошки), а ведь это историческое здание, как нам объяснили (именно поэтому нельзя повесить вывеску, но мусор выкидывать на лестницу в историческом здании, видимо, нет проблем). Номера очень, ну очень шумные, спать без беруш невозможно и не получится! Терасса грязная, позавтракать на ней вы не сможете, тк это антисанитария. Душ протекает, как и раковина. Полотенца серые. Мебель грязная. Завтрак за отдельную плату, но при этом кофе растворимый из пакетика. Экскурсии, которые предлагает отель невероятно дорогие.

Be prepared for road noise from outside as cars are constantly honking. It didn't affect us but if you are light sleepers come prepared. (Pretty much every street in Cairo was honking)

I stayed in the Amun Ra suite and i have to say, definitely worth the money. Ps: its at tahrir plaza, so it can be noisy ( like everywhere in Egypt) It was no issue for me, I could even sleep without earplugs. But for lightsleepers... definitely bring earplugs and you should be fine.

P J: I tried this hotel due to the convenient location. It is close to most tourist spots, close to restaurants and the Museums. The hotel itself has a few good restaurants if you wish to dine in after a long day. The Turkish and the Italian restaurants are the two that I tried. Can highly recommend both of them. The rooms itself are good. We went for the suite with Nile view. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Я жила на 5 этаже, мне совершенно никто не мешал, большой отличный номер, балкончик, чистая ванная комната, свежее постельное белье и очень удобная кровать, что еще нужно путешественнику?В номере был тв и холодильник, тихий кондиционер. Завтраки были сытные и вкусные, а сам Каир - экзотичным и невероятно увлекательным городом.Если я приеду снова, я совершенно точно остановлюсь в этом же отеле.

Soroush Tafvizi: This place a a rathole. Terrible conditions, not even a hotel just a few rooms in a rundown building. Do yourself a favor and don’t ruin your visit to Cairo by booking this place

Georgy Zabirov: Жил в этом отеле 10 дней и никаких критических неудобств не испытал. Из минусов: странная ванная комната (без потолка, то есть фактически в одном пространстве со спальней), нет сидушки на унитазе, не очень удобная раковина. Еще пришлось пару раз давить тараканов, также хромает звукоизоляция - как я понял, это переделанная под отелл квартира, мой номер был отделен от соседнего стеклянной (!) дверью. В целом, нужно быть готовым к недостаткам старого жилья с арабским акцентом: насекомые, грязноватый матрац, облупленные стены в подъезде и т.п. Однако, отель не заслуживает своих плохих отзывов, так как 1915 - это год строительства здания, и едва ли можно требовать комфорта уровня 21 века от него. Как любитель старины, я насладился тут узеньким балконом с дверями-ставнями, антикварной мебелью, удивительным лифтом прошлого века. При этом персонал очень дружелюбен к тебе, и цена в данном случае соответствует качеству. Если вы не готовы к ожидаемым минусам старого Каира - лучше выберите международную сеть отелей. Но я лично с удовольствием вернусь сюда в следующую поездку :)

Anny Amaro: O melhor do hotel é sua localização. E o pior é a limpeza. É um prédio bastante antigo, mas isso não seria um problema se fosse limpo. Robert Träffe: TLDR, they pressured me to give 10 in score... I refuse and here is why.Person X greeted and checked me in, already here I felt something was off. X overcharged me so I complained but I eventually let it go, I was tired after delayed flights etc.X showed the room, gave me a bottle of water and showed me the minibar. I asked if all the water was free of charge and the response was: "Sure".The shower couldn't hold an even temperature, going from cold to hot and back making it difficult to shower in a pleasant way and on that note, this wasn't a real bathroom.There is a very busy street outside the window, constant car horns and what not and their window doesn't seal shut so it sounds like the traffic is inside the room.When I asked about tours I felt the owner tried to upsell me, so I found a much cheaper provider my self. The owner showed up later, or rather jump attacked me in the corridor, pressuring me to accept 'anything', such as a drink or change room etc..The woman working there is the only one that have a sense of service and very warm, thank you. And on that note, the laundry service was offered to be free by her.X was the one checking me out, and now the water wasn't free, neither was the laundry... I had planned my cash flow to have enough to a taxi to airport so this was a very unpleasant surprise.I was going to forgive and overlook all of this until person X tried to pressure me to give 10 in score for the review. So that is why this 'hotel' got seemingly high score I am afraid...
