P J: Awesome Turkish food. The starters were fantastic, mains brilliant and dessert was heavenly. The fresh mango juice was so good with bits, I could have had another glass. Overall, the place was divide, worth a try if you are in the neighbourhood. We ordered Hünkârbeğendi for the main and hunkar begendi dessert. The bread is divine, service is excellent and so is the ambience.

Kim Stephanian: This is a really special place! We were staying at the Kempinski 3 nights. On the 2nd night we tried this restaurant and loved it so much we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else the following night. The plates were gorgeous, the restaurant was gorgeous. They brought jasmine water to the table to wash our hands before the meal. The wine was lovely. Everything we ate was delicious. The staff was so friendly, warm and helpful with the unfamiliar things on the menu. Just. So. Amazing. Get the Doner Tas Kebab. 🤤 It’s been 3 weeks and we’re still talking about that meal.

YT Chen: 环境一流，中东菜。价格还能接受 不算太贵，所有的菜价最后还要加上25%左右的服务费和税。味道算还可以接受吧，比较推荐小羊排和小鸡翅，烤全鱼比较一般。草莓果汁比较好喝。不过说回来在埃及这个遍地找不到什么可吃的地方，有这么一家餐厅，也算是对旅行者的一个抚慰。另外就是这里总算有啤酒可以点，我特点点了埃及本地产的sakara啤酒，不过尝试下来，觉得并不好喝，下次不喝埃及本土啤酒了。还有这家餐厅位置不靠尼罗河，风景没有隔壁的那家餐厅好。在这里的住客也并没有折扣，希望洲际可以对住客能再多一些优惠！

H Ashour: Amazing restaurant, must visit for high quality, traditional Egyptian food. The staff are very friendly and the service is top class. It's also got some historical charm, because a famous sheikh used to go there called El sheikh el Shaarawy. We chose to eat in Bullona on the first nightUnfortunately what should have been a very special occasion for us was completely ruined by the rude bigoted arrogance of the maitre d'We reserved a table and as we were walking in he whispered to me ' this is a fine dining restaurant and slippers are not appropriate attire'I was wearing expensive black Birkenstock sandals with black linen trousers and a burnt orange linen top.I was shocked and upset.....I have eaten in 'fine dining' restaurants all over the world including top hotels in London where I am from and never been told my dress was inappropriateIn any event as guests of The Four Seasons Hotel whose reputation for first class service is exemplary it should not have mattered what I was wearing on my feetWe left the restaurant and complained to the hotel managementI was persuaded against my better judgment to eat in BullonaFrankly I'm not sure what the fuss is about - whilst the food is tasty and well presented it is certainly not fine diningThe remainder of our trip in Egypt was fabulous - a 4 night trip down the Nile and a 6 night stay at the Four Seasons in SharmLuckily the arrogant rudeness of one man has not swayed my view of the Egyptians who I found to be charming and polite wherever else we wentI am however surprised the Four Seasons allows this man to remain employed in one of it's hotel restaurants
