They have the best team of hairdressers who are very professional and understand about hair and about customers. They know how to pamper women and make them feel special so that they always leave with a smile on their face and an undeniable confidence in themselves. The best thing is that their working hours quite early. So, for a working woman like me, I can go to the salon as early as 8:30 AM and be ready for work maximum by 9. They also have a women’s only section available which is great if you wear hijab or would prefer a female hairdresser. The only issue is that this place is massively overpriced. Elen Czar: Amazing blow dry! Manager speaks excellent English, and place its sparkling clean. They offer Olaplex treatment and sell many top notch brand products. Much better salon and costumer service then Toy for example. I love it and highly recommend!

Sarah Ghanem: I’m beyond disappointed. I wanted to have a hair color and haircut with kimi (of course for the hype around him). He did the hair color and sent someone else to cut my hair ( I wasn’t excused) and I don’t like to trust anyone with my hair but I just let it slip. The color was nice, but after the FIRST WASH turned into a completely something else! And the cut wasn’t even and was messed up. I went back to fix the cut and tone my hair ( wishing to have the old color back)! They charged me again, and didn’t even have the same color or even a closer one! I had to give up as my hair got damaged enough and Just left with an awful brassy color. I’m terribly disappointed and regretting the moment I trusted them with my hair.

But this place outpriced Sagheer. 190LE for a 10minute head shave with a battery operated trimmer...Not bad but if you are ready to pay this amount of money you might as well go to Sagheer and get a royal treatment.

And what he doesn't do himself like, i.e. coloring: he instructs his staff precisely, and they follow. What more can you wish for? Maybe I should mention that prices are moderate, considering what and how you are all served with.
N: They damaged my hair not professional in dying .. paul is busy with hairstyling keeping his un trined stuff for the coloring. My hair completely damaged.

Although i showed Sameh the color/highlights i want from his own Instagram account, he mentioned that these are not the real colors, it’s just the Photo lighting. So apparently the photos on his Instagram account are Filters and he couldn’t do the requested Highlights. The staff are below standards and does not correspond to the quality/ classy services required.Please avoid this Salon as they burned my hair!
