Every time you contact them, they mention that they will rush the relevant department with an e-mail, and that someone will communicate during the next few hours, and no one ever calls back. Passant El.Agroudy: One of the most disappointing and stressful experiences1. We ordered a device on 29/8 from Miraco Nasr city (distributor)2. We got a worker assigned to install it on 1/9. However, he was unable to do it for 2 hours as it's only the second device he ever installed. He left after disassembling the device.3. We complained on 2/9 and the company sent another worker on 5/9. The worker refused to mount the disassembled device due to missing pieces and said he will report it to his superiors and respond the next day.4. We had no response for 2 days now.Currently, we have a disassembled device that is not functional and no air-condition. We would like to request a new device and an installation asap. Please help!

Danny Boy: After 2 months to approve a mere 500 EGP discount on a new AC because they haven't had spare-parts to my 10 year old AC (which started leaking 3 years after it was installed!) and the only solution is for me to buy a brand new one. I showed the room to the engineer after going all the way and he said it wouldn't be safe for them to install it and I'm going to have to remove the whole window for "safety" every time maintenance is needed. We settle on a date to check the room out live, which I'll have to pay for of course, and I specifically said they have to call me 2 hours earlier. Little did I know I wasn't being clear enough, the installation guy called me 30 minutes before, and when I explained he said we'll have to reschedule. The call center is useless, they said the same thing after speaking with the branch. Definitely going with another brand! Thank you for the waste of time and energy.Service:Install AC
