It caused damage to our walls due to the fact the company did not maintain our hot water solar system periodically.Have been without hot water for a week due to the company not being able to source the plastic part needed to have hot water.I am frustrated by the company's lack of urgency, customer service and not having parts available for a system they sell and don't maintain properly. We rang the company today, as soon as they answered the operator hung up. Then had to call again to be told tomorrow we hope to have the part.
