Hesham Mashhour: This is honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never (in my life) had a customer service agent hang up on me because they “lost interest in trying to work with me to resolve an issue” when trying to apply for the Black Premium Card.If you treat your customers this way before they even become clients, I dread to think how you treat your actual clients. Avoid like the plague.

jana waleed: This branch was great had a big variety of stationery and of course related items. Staff where polite, and very interactive in a postcard way. They had only to problems 1. Prices were not labeled on each item and it was quite boring to ask for every items price , you also won’t be able to compare for example they have a large variety of sketches the only difference is the brand price would be helpful in order to compare. 2 The brand needs renovation compared to other branches it doesn’t give you the same feeling as its quite old and not very organized. Overall you’d find what you need and the staff are really friendly you just need to ask!
