Frank L: Fairly expensive for locally produced Egyptian products, but it remains fantastic value by western standards.You can expect journals hand-bound in soft leather and gilded edges for $10-$12. The shop is quite nice in offering juice boxes to its guests. The shopping process is also very unhurried and the staff is very friendly.The shop offers free embossing, which is offers a glimpse of the craftsmanship that goes into these books.

Noha Fayad: Worst service ever. Flowers are late. They don’t answer calls or what’s app and when they do they give wrong information about delivery timing and status. In addition to trying to deliver flowers at 2 am.

Ordered online flower at 8 pm on 20th for mothers day expecting it to be delivered the same day, as promised on their website, or even early morning. But the flowers never showed up, the money got deducted and no email to confirm. NOTHING. I'm running calling everyone to follow up.
