Waheed Etman: As regard machines whether echo or stress test is wonderful. Excellent by all means but unfortunately the system of getting service in egypt is very very very bad.in the past I know the engineer in G E who sold to me the machine .he was so intelligent. Once I call him within the same day not even the second day he test the machine and even give me any accessories (used of course) to make the machine work again immediately and he tell me immediately how much it cost to repair the machine and give me a very near by appointment to repair.for more than 8 years experience with engineer hesham sabry in alexandria our machines GE never be out of order more than 24 hours he was very entillgent and he made a lot for good reputation to GE .now unfortunately the system become very very complicated because service is very very very bad .if I have a problem I may need more than one week just only to contact any responsible person.me and all of my friends Trying to get ride of our machines because of service .it was wonderful in the past .I have two Center and I was always recommend GE to all my friends but now it is disaster to have any GE machine.when I see the facilities and images of new GE machines in catalogues or in show rooms in exhibition areas in European conferences we became excited but no body is able to buy this prand because if I it is considered a disposable machines and it is a matter of luck .if it worked good it's OK and if became out of order you will loos very very much because it will be out off orders for weeks and it means lose of great number of patients.
