Hossam Eldin Abdel Fattah: Unfortunately the new dealership does not differ in anyway from the old one. No cars to show in the showroom. You express your interest in a car and pay hundreds of thousands and wait 6 to 8 months and then they will tell you the price of the car that may be delivered 2 to 3 months afterwards! What a shame for such a supposedly high-end car maker!

Amr Zaki: Difficult to get in touch with the branch due to their wrong phone number not to mention failing to reach anyone there even after texting them through different social media platforms. Very unhelpful.
Hassan Abdel-Hamid: You would expect that a car dealership has cars for sale on display which was not the case. I was met by a nice salesman who was extremely polite but could not tell me about when the models that I was interested in would be available, nor any other model for that fact. This was a total waste of time!

Ahmed M.: It’s a lot worse than what it used to be. I was there first day they started booking cars. Security guy had a paper and a pin, and was writing down names. Something that the whole world stopped doing over 10 years ago
