Beshoi Maher: We went during Ramadan so take that into consideration.The food was good but definitely under seasoned. We ordered the nacho salad, onion rings, and a bunch of wings. The salad and onion rings were crunchy but very bland. To be fair, they are served with a side of ranch - which was very sharp. Problem is, the sauce is quite thick and heavy so you get tired of it quickly; and eating them without the sauce was like gnawing on crunchy cardboard. Lots of texture, not a lot of taste. I will give them credit on the portion sizes though; very generous.The wings were better than the entrees. Certainly more flavourful and cooked well. The service was also excellent, our waitress was very friendly and super helpful.Overall an okay experience, not excited to return anytime soon though.

They served us water in cheap plastic cups (despite serving pepsi in glass cups), further enhancing the ahwa feeling.The music was mind-numbingly loud I had to tell them to lower the volume.I was excited to try the traditional poutine since it's one of the few places here that makes it, but I was heavily disappointed. They use Farm Frites (very cheap bad-tasting brand of frozen fries), american cheese for the "cheese curds", and the gravy tasted chemical. Plus, the quantity was TINY for 75 egp.The wings were really good and I enjoyed them a lot. I got the traditional mild Buffalo wings and the blue cheese dip was really good as well,The burger was above average but the bacon tasted weird. However everything else about is was very good.

Mohamed Mahdi: Not the best in Cairo but its acceptable.The place has plenty of seats and its cozy.Staff were super slow although there were just 2x tables to serve. Ordering took ages, the food took ages and the bill came fast but when i asked for a Card machine, they took some time to find it...The chicken was good traditional and boneless. However the sauce was meh. İ picked the hottest one "atomic buffalo" i guess, and it was like eating Heinz hot sauce...İ dont see myself going back there anytime soon.

Nouran Elwakil: I JUSTT LOVE THEIR WINGS, they’re so good and tasty but they’re a little small. As for the fiery shrimp bomb dish it wasn’t bad but the portion is small and there were too much lettuce under it, the nachos were my favourite!! they were crunchy and cheesy but they replaced the guacamole with pickled jalapeño peppers which is not what I was waiting for. The staff is soo friendly and helpful. However the place is over-priced as we payed around 900LE on 20*3 traditional wings, fiery shrimp bomb, super duper cheese nachos and 2 Pepsi refill.
Sam Alhattami: We ordered Spice sweet & sour and Siracha wings, the wings were fine but the drumsticks chicken were stale ( not fresh ) also the spice sweet & sour was not spicy and tasteless, I recommend the french fries.Overall terrible experience I won’t recommend it
mohamed ibrahem: I don’t know what happened to this place, used to be great, we went during eid vacation to have lunch in point 90 branch1.many items from the menu were not available to order2.you have to pay cash they don’t accept visa3.I ordered the “sweet chick” sandwich with hot buffalo sauce, i got a one day old dry bun with a piece of hard dry fried chicken inside with cheese, lettuce, tomato and regular cheap hot sauce 🤦🏽♂️4.we also got grilled chicken wrap sandwich with the ranch sauce.We got a basic tortilla bread wrap with no sauce and when i asked the waiter he lied and said the sauce isn’t on the side it’s inside the sandwich.Needless to say “NEVER AGAIN”

They don't accept credit or debit cards to save on their fees with the claim that it's always not working somehow. They refuse that people go upstairs until there is not enough space downstairs.

Amir Shenouda: No one met us at the entrance to tell if there are empty tables or not.we have to go in and look up ourselves.We waited for food for around 40 minutes may be more, one dish came first then the remaining took some more time.While waiting for food, someone on the table beside us was smoking which was really annoying, I asked if that is allowed and the response was yes, which is really strange, allowing smoking inside closed places inside a shopping center, with families and kids inside, not caring about others.Dish that came was spiced incorrectly. Wrap was hot but the chicken inside was not hot. Wings as well was not very hot. Chicken inside the sandwich has no taste, I felt like eating white rubber. Hot spices added to the food covers on that.No payment by visa, another negative point.Bad food quality is common on restaurants, I give 1 point in review for allowing smoking inside, which is really surprising to me
Samar: One of the worst services I've seen in years!We waited to be seated for more than 15 minutes. Then another 15 for someone to bring the menus!!The waiter was very unfriendly, and we ended up waiting over an hour (on top of the 30 minutes) for our food!!The food didn't come all together and some of us ate and finished way before the others even started!Curly fries were terrible, very oily and not seasoned at all!Never again!

chez San: Short beef ribs was very nice by egyptian beef eventhough manager recommend me imported beef. however, Chicken wings with barbeque source need to be more smothered with source(they saved too much source) and use better chicken.* Chicken wing parts was so thin and thick eventhough they provide upper parts of wing to make me satisfied with quantity of these.I wanna say that taste is more important than quantity.Service was very good enough.Impressive thing I observed is that they tried to get feedback from customers by asking us to write down feedback form.Here is really very few ones to do this!Possibility of improvement is very high in all parts.As a result,Because of their professional of service and delicious shorts ribs, I will visit again.
