I would recommend this place as a nice experience. The environment is clean and friendly. They didn’t need a reservation, as opposed to what others have said.

Christopher Schulz: This bar/restaurant is the highlight of Hilton Ramses. With views to die for you can see the pyramids of Giza in the distance as you see the sun set. The drinks and food mehr suited the atmosphere and I would highly recommend trying the lamb chops, shrimp and the sea bass. The added bonus is to this experience was the magnificent staff and the service quality that they displayed. Very impressed with their mise en place, especially with their wine presentation, a big thanks to the staff especially Farouk.

Mahmoud Fathy: The most beautiful place you can see Cairo and the Nile from. It has two views of the Nile, Downtown, the Nile and Zamalek. The food is excellent and the cocktails are unique. There is a person named Hussein who makes awesome cocktails and he is international. The rest of the waiters are distinguished and cooperative. You did not feel like a stranger to them.I ate steak, fried shrimp, two Mojito, two Piña colada, and appetizers. The method of presentation is very simple, and I paid $150.Sweet music, English Arabic mix. The best days are from Thursday and Friday from 10 to 1 am. The experience is like a pleasant meal. The view, the food, the drinks, the music and the lighting are perfect.
M: Great drinks, great food, but be prepared to pay top dollar for a cigarette smoke filled lounge without ventilation. We all know Egypt has a terrible smoking habit but it baffles me why tourists come and think it's totally fine to also puff away indoors especially with no ventilation.It's unfortunate that smoke is the reason I'm lowering my rating because the food and drinks were truly delicious. Highly recommend the infusion drinks - enough of those may even make you start forgetting you're getting lung cancer.

Цены на еду, на мой взгляд, такие же, как в хороших кафе в центре Каира. Условно говоря, за 350 египетских фунтов одному здесь можно хорошо поужинать. Коктейли дорогие, как и любой алкоголь в мусульманской стране - цены начинаются от 170 фунтов и уходят в небо вместе с баром. Тут невероятная панорама на ночной Каир, обязательно порадуйте себя таким зрелищем хотя бы за бокалом вина. Из конкретики - бар находится на верхнем этаже Хилтона, лучше использовать элементарный дресс-код (говорят, мужчин в шортах/майках не пускают). Обслуживание на высоте, еда и коктейли 10/10, бар чистый и радует глаз

From the moment I walked in, I encountered a series of letdowns that overshadowed any potential enjoyment I had hoped for.First and foremost, the atmosphere of the bar was lackluster. The overall ambiance felt uninspired and neglected. The lighting was dim, creating a rather gloomy atmosphere, and the décor was outdated and in need of a refresh. It lacked the inviting and vibrant atmosphere that one would expect from a modern bar.The service was another major letdown. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, offering minimal attention to patrons. It took an uncomfortably long time to be acknowledged and served, leaving me feeling neglected and unimportant. Additionally, when I finally received service, it lacked the professionalism and attentiveness that one would expect from a reputable establishment.The quality of the drinks was also below par. The cocktails lacked creativity and finesse, tasting rather bland and poorly mixed. The bartenders seemed to lack the necessary skill and knowledge to create memorable and flavorful drinks. It was disappointing to pay a premium price for lackluster beverages that failed to impress.Furthermore, the menu options were limited and uninspiring. The food offerings were mediocre at best, with unremarkable flavors and uninspired presentation. It felt like the bar was not putting in the effort to provide a well-rounded and satisfying dining experience.To add to the disappointment, there was a notable lack of entertainment or live music to liven up the atmosphere. It felt monotonous and dull, further detracting from the overall experience.In conclusion, my visit to the New Arizona Bar fell far short of my expectations. The lackluster ambiance, indifferent service, subpar drinks, uninspiring menu, and absence of entertainment made for an underwhelming experience. I would not recommend this bar to those seeking a memorable and enjoyable night out. There are undoubtedly better options available in the area that provide a more fulfilling and satisfying experience.

Unreasonable charges, overpriced drinks and service, impolite staff - apart from the outrageous bill and the bunch of extras charged on top, we paid 165€ for ten shots!! We spent there one of our last nights in Cairo and we ended up being very disappointed. Definitely not recommended!

Filippos Falieros: The ideal place if your goal is to spoil a night in Cairo. The bar was empty the drinks overpriced and the manager was obnoxious and rude. The bars in the other hotels we tried (Hilton, Crimson) are just in an other league considering the view, prices, and atmosphere.

Pax Arbustum: A Walk-in Bar in downtown cairo, they serve local drinkies and other soft drinkies too. Popular among young people. Normally quiet during the week and very busy in weekends. Specially on Thursdays and Fridays . Its recommended to walk in before 21:00 in those days to guarantee a table for yourself specially if you're a group of friends hanging out.. Sometimes we pay extra to the waiters (the leaders) to allow us a table in the weekend.. otherwise they'll ignore you..Overall the place worth visiting if you're interested in the real cairo character..
Robert McBrain: Very kind and helpful staff. A notch up from a typical Cairo bar dark room. Whilst the customers appear to be chain-smoking and on the run from wife/police (women would not be seen dead here)...at least the bar area is large with a ceiling high so as to let the cancerous cloud waft around. They will even turn on the extractor fan if you ask!

Sarah Boctor: The place is very stuffy even when it's empty. The waiters keep hovering, not just the main one serving our table, but others who keep asking if we want something from outside. When we were paying, the one that was hovering came and stood next to the one handling the payment and wouldn't leave until we tipped him. The whole approach and attitude made us very uncomfortable. Also, the 2000s Arabic pop music kills the bar mood. However, the beer was very fresh and the multiple mezzah that came with it were very nice.

Ahmed Hammam: This is a fun place to be. It gets rather too crowded on Thursdays but the vibe is very positive and interesting. The beans "فول نابت" are the best i have tried. If you're looking for a calm place and you want to talk about something important this is not your place.

Zara Abdelrahman: A great bar with beautiful views of Cairo. The Salmon signature dish is VERY YUMMY. The staff are relaxed and chilled out. Arrive before 9pm for seats next to the windows.

Hasan Alaali: Oh we really enjoyed Jazz Bar. There was a performer a lovely lady with an amazing voice. The cigars are well priced and Nagy was amazing. He didn't spare us any help and assistance. Really great guy.Toilets are really clean and sofas are comfortable.Love the Egyptian wine options.Their food was also really good.Wonderful chic evening spent.

خالد سالم: تجربه سيئه واخذوها سبعه وأربعين الف جنيه علي ١٥ كاسه. انا وزملائي لكن لايوجد محاسبه. دخلت بارات خمس نجوم كثير. اول مره تحصل معي. لكن السوال موجود والله لانشر الفواتير والناس تحكم وخلي الاستغلال ينفعهم. تويوتر والفيس والنشطاء ضداستغلال السياح.

Rana Osama: Johnny's Bianchi (North Coast)I had the worst experience in this place. Very poor and bad service. Badly equipped to handle big crowds and parties, although they promote and make you pay entrance fees for a really low quality party.They also overcharged my whole group on different items and they make up prices as they go. Make sure to ask for your bill and revise it very well before paying.

Nourihan Rashdan: My birthday party took place in Johnnys yesterday and the min charge 350 per person and 400 for bottle'sWhen we decide to go we find out that I have to pay 1200 LE extra aside of the 1000 deposit that I paid earlier Couz they says we didn't pay min changeBut actually what happened is When people started to leave they ordered separate chiqs and Johnny's didn't deducte it from total chiq and made us pay twiceWhat kind of service is thisTotally not recommend place unless you re looking to be scammed and ripped off
