REALIZZO SRLS: Niente da dire sulla professionalità ed eleganza nel complesso. Personalmente avrei solo desiderato meno rigidezza nelle procedure di check in. Altra nota che secondo me non si addice molto alla struttura è la ricerca continua di mance da parte dello staff in particolare per il trasporto bagagli. Camere molto spaziose, dotate di ogni confort, vista sul Nilo memorabile 👍Nothing to say about professionality and elegance overall. Personally I would have just wanted less stiffness in the check-in procedures. Another note that in my opinion is not very suitable for the structure is the continuous search for tips by the staff in particular for the transport of luggage. Very spacious rooms, equipped with every comfort, memorable view of the Nile 👍

También había una terraza con una vista increíble al río Nilo, un sillón y una mesa, además de un gran escritorio para dejar nuestras cosas.El desayuno del hotel era impactante, había todo tipo de panes, pasteles, ensaladas, jugos, te, café, frutas, cereales, panqueques, y mucho más! Había comida internacional y también comida típica egipcia. Y como en muchos hoteles, hay gente que almuerza en ese horario así que también había todo tipo de cosas para hacerlo.Las personas que atendían siempre estuvieron pendientes de si faltaba algo, nos ofrecían distintas cosas todo el tiempo y estaban muy pendientes de retirar platos y cosas que ya no necesitáramos. Siempre saludaban muy alegres a cualquier hora del día y nos hacía sentir muy cómodos.En el hotel también había una gran piscina arriba en la terraza, sauna y spa 24 horas. C E: We stayed in the room 258 and after two nights I have to go straight to the physiotherapist because I can’t move my back. The bed and pillows that used to be the jewel of any Marriott Hotel is here the worst nightmare. The mattress is old and it is in a terrible shape. The bathroom looked very old and it’s not well maintained. Also, the view from our room was really ugly and we weren’t allowed to use the terrace as they were painting the front of building. The staff is very nice and professional.

Min Cheng: The location is great. The higher floors had views to the Nile River. But check-in took more than an hour at 7pm. Their reason was that the rooms had not been cleaned yet. My room, #529, was in need of repairs. Many outlets did not work properly. There was no hair dryer in the room. Only half of the water would go up through shower head. The toilet leaked all night. Breakfast food was not fresh. The barley porridge had spoiled milk smell. The cut fruit tasted like it was the leftover from the previous day.I would not recommend this hotel.

Alicia Cores González: No se alojen en este hotel!Tenemos tres noches reservadas en este hotel, la primera noche llegada a las 3h de la mañana y nos encontramos con una habitación inhabitable. Reclamos al hotel al día siguiente mostrándole las fotografías, por las condiciones en las que nos tienen y no les importa el cliente. Lo único que nos ofrecen es pagar más dinero (75€ por noche y habitación) para tener una habitación en condiciones. Después de haber pagado ya una gran cantidad de dinero a Soltour.Nos encontramos en la planta séptima en una habitación de los años sesenta, ruido insoportable a todas horas del tráfico, olor a tabaco en la habitación, ducha que no funciona, suciedad, moho, camas rotas, mucho frío, sin mantas … no son condiciones de tener alojados a los clientes en un Hotel Hilton.No recomiendo a nadie que se aloje en este hotel ni que reserve ningún viaje con la empresa Soltour.Es muy posible que se ponga enfermo durante su viaje por Egipto como nuestro caso, un crucero por el Nilo con estancia en El Cairo Hotel Ramses Hilton organizado por la empresa Soltour.No malgasten su dinero en este hotel, cuesta mucho esfuerzo ganarlo para luego terminar viendo situaciones desagradables durante sus vacaciones.Esto no son vacaciones!Actualizo cometario por la respuesta del hotel, no nos cambio el hotel por voluntad propia las habitaciones. Reclamamos a nuestra agencia de viajes, ellos desde España reclamaron a Soltour. Un delegado de Soltour en El Cairo se presentó en el hotel y cambiaron a algunas personas de habitaciones, otras las dejaron en las de los años 60, a la gente más mayor (nada considerados).El cambio de habitación supuso estar pegado a la obra de la reforma del hotel. Nada de tranquilo.Rooms: No reúne las condiciones de habitabilidad.Noteworthy details: Huyan de estar alojados aquí, a este hotel no le importa el cliente y en que condiciones los tiene. Lo más desagradable que nos hemos encontrado como país y como empresas. Sólo quieren sacarte el dinero. Esto es una trampa para turistas.

In unserem Zimmer an der Balkontür war das Schloss fehlerhaft. Wir hatten es bemängelt, da wurde es ausgebaut und man wollte am nächsten Tag mal schauen.Beim Frühstück lässt sich nichts vermissen, aber es fehlt Atmosphäre.5* sehen anders aus.Walkability: Tahir Platz, Ägyptisches Museum
Ana Bruges: Terrible. DEF NOT A 5 STAR HOTEl. Lack basic amenities like drinks in the room, Jaír dryer, no robes, no international programming (these are the amenities that make a hotel 5 star) Save yourself and do not stay here. The elevators literally SHAKE very heavily while going up, the carpet is stained and damaged everywhere, the people in the front desk are rude and condescending. We checked in at 4 am and asked for TWO nights thinking we would get charged for an early check in and the two nights we requested. They charged the early check in as a full night and did not tell us about it even when we asked the front desk to confirm that it was two nights, they just charged it. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in my whole life and I’ve traveled half of the world.
