Sohabe Hashmi: Location is pretty decent and near the bustle of Cairo. Service was decent. Great hotel and lobby area, they don't build them like this anymore. Upscale feeling. A lot of shops and restaurants. There was entertainment. Food was decent. Service was pretty good.The casino was small but decent. The casino only accept USD and you can only get USD from your credit card at the casino, there are no bank machines dispensing USD at the hotel. You will not get any drinks at the Casino quickly as they mess around with you. Casino staff is different than hotel staff and are not as nice. You will need a foreign passport to enter, there no exceptions unless you look like a white foreign tourist perhaps they will stop checking you for a passport after you show them once.The room was old and run down but it was clean. The hot water stopped working on my last day and nobody had an explanation or what was really doing anything about it. It stopped and started with little pressure. This made me late for my excursion, if it was not a private booking I would have missed it. When I checked out all I got was a empty apology. For the price and stature they should have taken care of me.
pepi mpezirgianni: This amazing group of hotels is expanded around a large area with hotels,spa,pool,gym, restaurants, museum, cafe, walking paths, garden, fountain ect. In the interior you can admire the marble stairs,statues, carved furniture, romantic lighting and long corridors . Rooms are cozy,spacy, clean and nice decorated with big beds. It is a great experience.

Hanafy Fouly: I understand the need for US citizens and consulate to be protected. the whole neighborhood is secured for protection of US consulate and its working citizens. When a US citizen in foreign country asked them for help or protection, then no help or protection without reason. The US passport has statement that the bearers should provide the passport for aid and help. The US citizen services do not provide what is written in passport papers. I do not understand!!!

I do not understand what kind of Training the US embassy staff training get but something needs to be done with the department of State. I changed the interview location to a different embassy outside Egypt.

Summer’s Channel قناتي: The quality of providing assistance to US citizens in Egypt has gone downhill post-covid. The pandemic is officially over, yet, the embassy is still conducting business as if we are still in lock-downs! No walk-ins appointments allowed, online appointments available for only few days a month and ofc are fully booked for months ahead. Even the website is super crashy n keeps redirecting me back to home page. The one-star review is for having a working phone number and a live representative that actually answers (although super rushy).

I have a letter guaranteeing a university degree.I asked the old female employee. I told her why the refusal. Can you explain? She said, “Goodbye.” Ok, can you explain, bye, and give you a patch. You have no right to appeal the decision, but you can pay a second time, hahaha, and the lying American embassy returns and rejects you. God suffices me, and He is the best disposer of affairs.

Vatzlav Flores: 7 minutes from the airport. That’s their best trait. However, I think you can stay at Le Meridien within the airport complex and avoid taxis and/or Uber, as the hotel is outside Cairo and Giza (a place called Heliopolis). The room was clean but food is really expensive compared with the prices within the country ($25 USD per person per meal in Egypt is $772.5 Egyptian Pounds. In a country where the minimum monthly wage is $2,700 is outrageous). Also, don’t go near the in-hotel Bazaar for any forgotten items like toothpaste or an adaptor. They will skim you well.

The hotel's central location is also a significant advantage, making it easily accessible from various parts of the city. The prices charged for the services provided are reasonable and affordable. Additionally, the hotel has small stores where guests can purchase souvenirs and other items, which is a convenient feature. Overall, my stay at this hotel has been a delightful experience, and I am very satisfied with my visit.
