Natsumi Kuroda: They’re very attentive to your needs. They won’t make you go see many random apartments you wouldn’t be interested in. They’re always responsive and try to answer your questions/solve problems right away. They care about details too especially when it comes to contract revising. Most importantly, especially when you don’t speak Arabic, they all speak PERFECT English. Yes, they charge a service fee to the tenant, but I think it’s worth paying.
