Khaled Elmanzalawi: Flawed material, bad customer service terrible company Al Shayaa. I bought a pair of jeans last year it ripped after one month and now I got 2 pair of jeans that both got insanely large and I couldn't return them with the same offer although its not my mistake tha metrial is flawed in addition to sweat pants that got pills after the first wash (same happened with 3 other friends). Would recommend steering clear of AE maybe check Zara, H&M or even LC.

Amr Ahmed: Went there once and the owner was one of the most amazing people out there, almost felt like I was a regular customer there. Definitely a place worth checking if you're into anything vintage from CDs to vinyls to cassettes.

Andrew Blum: Very nice record shop. Excellent selection of both local and international music. The man who worked there (maybe the owner) was VERY nice, and not pushy at all. He served us tea and sat with us while he showed us some nice Egyptian music on his computer. It was sweet. The prices are a little higher than I expected, but the guy is selling his treasures. Definately worth a visit! The store has a great selection of vintage stereo equipment as well.

I am like a Kid in this store,leaving with a full bag of singles or albums and a biiig smile on my face.Both Emad and Khalid very helpful and knowledgable shopkeepers assisting you through thousands of records.They have the best selection of albums within 6-7 vinyl sellers I visited in Cairo.
Mohamed S. Mustafa: Best vinyl store in town. The essence of vintage turntables and old records fill the place along with the hospitality of the people who run the place. There is always a good bargain and brilliant records to find there. Although the store is a bit tight but you forget where you are and lose track of time once you drown yourself into their more than amazing collection.Records are neatly organized and well-kept.

Stefan Bishay: Very impressive selection of high quality handicrafts. Mostly textiles, some pottery, and brass and silver jewelry. The people running the shop are extremely kind and helpful, and the prices fair. If you want some gifts or items for your home that are better than the usual tourist shop items this is the place to go!
Steve Martocci: Wow, Nomad was a pivotal stop to our trip. Not only is the collection of goods fantastic and well priced. The owner Mr. Alef is one of the kindest souls we’ve ever met. He recommended us trusted locations to visit (His cousin’s famous silver shop is a must). Make sure to stop by it’s a special place.

D. C.: Lovely atmosphere on the second floor of an old Egyptian apartment filled with ethical and fair treasures. All items on sale are handmade and by Egyptian artisans & crafters. We bought many things from here but the most special was the rug we purchased for our apartment. It was a little too large and the owner told us not to worry and come back in an hour. He miraculously weaved it to the right size himself. Definitely a wonderful experience. Can’t recommend enough.
