Hytham A: Unfortunately, after dealing 3 times with the company and installing 5 windows and 3 doors with wire from EcoHouse, at a total value of approximately 30,000 pounds, the company refuses to even replace damaged window sills, arguing that they are two months after the warranty, and asks to pay for them, knowing that the products are good, but the accessories are of poor quality.Regret to say that after installing 5 windows and 3 doors from Eco-house worth 30 thousand EGP, the company refuses to replace a faulty window bolt and asks for a charge for it! So disappointed as windows are good but accessories are of bad quality. After sale services are unsatisfactory.

Abdullah Tawfiq: We booked our windows after long discussions to isolate the noise coming from the street for our YouTube studio. We were promised a short and non-practical time for delivery and that it would be able to solve our situation. This company has been able to over deliver in many ways more that one. They delivered an exceptionally good product that canceled out almost all the noise coming in from the street. When I say almost all, i’m talking about more than 95%!! They delivered before the time agreed, they sent the most decent staff to install and remove the old windows, plus extra adjustments outside the scope of their work. What blew our mind was that the staff took care of cleaning ALL the debris and rubble that had accumulated from installing and removing a huge window and balcony.
